Explore the birthplace of Josip Broz Tito and discover his rise to prominence and the history of communist Yugoslavia. You’ll also visit his elementary school, the arboretum where he entertained public figures, and a large bronze statue erected in his honor.

The antique homes, referred to as hize, reflect Croatia’s rich history. Each house narrates a story of peasant life and traditional crafts, such as pottery, wheelwrighting, blacksmithing, and toy making, which is recognized as a protected cultural heritage.
