• Meteorological Pole - The day begins with a pick-up at a designated spot in the heart of Zagreb. The meeting point is easily identifiable: Zrinjevac 2, at the entrance of Zrinjevac Park. For easy navigation, look for the renowned Meteorological Column, a historic site in the park that has been providing weather information to locals since 1884.
• Slovenia - Once all guests are comfortably seated in the vehicle, the adventure begins! The journey takes us through the western part of Zagreb, across the Sava River, and after approximately 40 minutes, we reach the Slovenian border. Due to potential border checks, please have your travel documents ready (passports or ID cards for EU citizens). We then have a 2.5-hour drive to our first stop – Lake Bohinj. Most of the drive is on the highway, and on a clear day, the views of the magnificent Slovenian Alps are breathtaking.
• Waterfall Savica - Our first stop is the breathtaking Savica Waterfall. This stunning waterfall, one of Slovenia’s most famous, plunges 78 meters into a clear pool. It is situated in the heart of Triglav National Park, about a 20-minute walk from the parking area. The hike takes you through lush forest paths and up around 500 steps, requiring a moderate level of fitness. This journey offers an opportunity to connect with nature.

For those who prefer not to hike to the waterfall, you can relax by the serene shores of Lake Bohinj. Enjoy a leisurely walk, savor a coffee at a nearby café, or simply soak in the peaceful alpine atmosphere. Whether you choose the hike or lakeside relaxation, you’ll have time to appreciate the beauty of this natural wonder.

• Ribcev Laz - After visiting the waterfall, we will take a boat ride from Ukanc to Ribčev Laz. During the trip, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery, as well as glimpses of the pristine waters of Lake Bohinj. Watch for local wildlife and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of this picturesque area. Upon arrival at Ribčev Laz, you will have some free time to enjoy a coffee and take a short walk along the lake, soaking in the beautiful scenery. The boat ride is not included in the price; admission starts at €9, with prices varying depending on the season.
• Lake Bled, Slovenia - After visiting Lake Bohinj, we will proceed to Lake Bled, where we will first stop for a lunch break.
• Bled Island - Lake Bled is a stunning destination known for its enchanting scenery, featuring a sparkling emerald lake surrounded by dense forests and the majestic Julian Alps. The highlight of the lake is Bled Island, home to the iconic Church of the Assumption, which boasts a striking bell tower and offers stunning panoramic views of the area.

During your visit, guests will have an hour and a half to take a ride on a traditional pletna boat to Bled Island, allowing them to experience the charm of this serene location firsthand. As you glide across the crystal-clear waters, you’ll be captivated by the picturesque surroundings. For those who prefer to explore on foot, you can enjoy an hour and a half of free time to wander around the lakeshore, visit local shops, or relax in one of the charming cafés, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere of this beautiful destination.

• Bled Castle (Blejski Grad) - Bled Castle, perched on a cliff overlooking Lake Bled, offers visitors a glimpse into the region’s rich history and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Guests will have one hour to explore the castle’s fascinating museum, stunning viewpoints, and lovely gardens; alternatively, they can enjoy their free time engaging in activities of their choice around the lake.
