Breathtaking experience... - Breathtaking experience made even better by a great tour! Our guide Marko was really knowledgeable, friendly and witty answering all our questions and chatting with the solo travellers. The itinerary was the right pace to get the most out of Rastoke and Plitvice Lakes. The lakes themselves are something that HAVE to be seen if you're in Zagreb. A 10/10 experience!

A wonderful day in Croatia - Lucija was a wonderful guide! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. It's so beautiful here in Croatia, even in the winter when there are not a lot of tourists. I had a thoroughly enjoyable day. Thank you!

You'll spend some time in... - You'll spend some time in the van/bus, but it's a nice time to reflect on the experience and rest between stops. The guide is very knowledgeable and provides good suggestions. You will also have plenty of time away from the group to explore. That was my favorite part. I ended up finding some delicious food and coffee in both spots.

Prepare for weather and crowds - This tour is amazing! Unfortunately, it rained in our tour and while I took great photos and had a good experience I ended up visiting again a few days later.

Loved!!!!! - LOVED this journey! Bo was sure to connect us all right off the bat, so the group felt cohesive and comfortable. We learned so much! Bo had plenty to share, but he also ensures that we feel comfortable taking time to nap in the car and not feel pressured to listen. He also was great at getting us sharing about our own countries. Really, so good and so much more than just the incredible scenery and history lesson. I enjoyed this tour so much.

Beautiful, informative and fun ! - This is a great trip, even though the upper lakes were closed, the scenery is just beautiful and we were lucky enough for it to be covered in a blanket of snow !

Great guide but limited experience due to weather conditions - Our guide, Bo, was very hospitable and displayed a clear knowledge and passion for the history of Croatia. We learnt so much about Croatia and Plitvice Lakes from him! He was also very patient and eager to socialise, which made for an interesting day out. We also really appreciated that he was very proactive in helping everyone take photos so that we could remember this trip. The small tour group size made it such that we received more attention and made for a more personal experience. The tour, however, was a little short because we went to the National Park in January when the upper lakes and boardwalks were closed. It would have been nice to have explored the National Park more as the tour felt a little short. Nevertheless, the tour was an educational and hassle-free way to experience one of Croatia’s most beautiful attractions. The agency also sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants after the tour had concluded.

Not long enough inside Plitvice Park - We went on New Year's Day with Goran as our guide. The departure from the meteorological clock was on time, and all the arrangements were explained clearly (including how long until the next toilet toilet stop). Goran also provided useful information about the park, about Croatia and finished with food suggestions as we returned to Zagreb. The only disappointment was having just three hours in the park itself. Since it was winter, Goran needed the group stay together so our coach load rather overwhelmed each of the photo points. Presumably when it's not icy underfoot customers can explore at their own pace, spreading out each group. Whilst the bus was comfortable, and wasn't too full so there was plenty of space - it was at times very very hot. This was especially true departing from Zagreb and also for most of the return journey. The park itself is amazing in winter - and definitely worth a visit. But if I was doing it again, I would check exactly how long the tour includes INSIDE the park, and if another option gave more time, I would go elsewhere.
