Marko was an excellent guide. We knew little to nothing about the history of Zagreb and we learned a great deal from him - Marko was an excellent guide. We knew little about the history of the city of Zagreb and we learned a lot about both Zagreb and the country of Croatia. Very worthwhile.

Thanks Pietra, excellent guide! - Excellent small group tour of area surrounding main square in Zagreb. Pietra was an awesome, English speaking guide...knowledgeable and often left us smiling as she described events/ buildings in Zagreb. Book the 10:30 tour and you will get to see the once daily canon go off near the funicular. Enjoyed this 2.5 hr. tour!

Great walking tour - Tour guide was very educated & knowledgable about the recent history. Which being old enough to remember the events of the 90s, gave it added meaning. In addition to learning new things.

Insightful and interesting. - We covered many of the more interesting ‘sights’ of the town and Petros was knowledgeable and engaging. Having the benefit of a local guide was great and provided an extra dimension to the sights shown. Taking us to the funicular just before the cannon shot was a highlight. Something we’d not experienced before. Make sure you take some water. Even though it wasn’t overly hot it is a walking tour after all and handy to have a drink on you. Very enjoyable and highly recommend.

Booring - I was really looking forward to this walking tour, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The guide was friendly, but the tour itself felt quite rushed, and we didn’t get much in-depth information about the sights we visited. The group size was also too large, making it hard to hear the guide at times. While we did visit some key spots in Zagreb, I was hoping for more local insights or unique stories to make the experience stand out. Overall, it was an okay introduction to the city, but it lacked the personal touch I was hoping for.
