Brilliant! - We visited the Lakes on Tuesday 19th of July with Sonja our guide, she was brilliant! It was an amazing experience, being much more than we expected. We then joined Mate our other guide and moved on to Split, where helped us find our accommodation. Highly recommended the transfer from Zagreb via the Lakes to Split. It was completely stress free and fun, thankyou.

Excellent - Loved plitvice lakes, it was stunning. The tour was well organized and I appreciated the stops to get food/water. I switched to a different bus with a different tour guide when it came time to head to split. I can easily say that ALL the tour guides were amazing. Had a great time, definitely glad i chose this over a flixbus from zagreb to split.

Zagreb to Split via Plitvice - Sanja our guide from Zagreb until the end of the walk was very nice and pleasant. It was a very hot day which didn’t help us with the tiring long walk, but was still worth it. Some excellent scenery and pictures done. The lunch stop was fine. Transfer to a different bus as we were going to Split was a minor hassle. However the driver did it all. Amazing service. Ride from Plitvice was pretty straightforward and boring. Mickey is a good driver.

Best way to get between Zagreb and Split - We had two guides, Ivana and Ivanka. Both were gracious and knowledgeable. The park really is a must-see, and having the stop between the cities made for a lovely transfer. Buses were comfy.

Excellent and the go-to for Zagreb-Plitvice-Split trip - It was a wonderfully managed trip and a great experience at Plitvice. The operation was very smooth, and the time in Plitvice was structured and managed well, so that we weren’t rushed to move through the park and everybody in the group could go at their own speed while still staying together. The guides were excellent. The bus transfer was coordinated smartly and we rode in comfort on both legs. I knew what the cost would be, and encountered no surprises. This tour company seemed to be 1 of 2 operators with a Zagreb-Plitvice-Split itinerary, so that seems to drive up the cost a little bit (given that the bus from Zagreb returned to Zagreb, and the bus to Split came from Split). Since the entrance ticket is not included, the total cost came out to roughly 200. The cost was higher than I thought it should be, but this is the best option for those who want to turn their journey from Zagreb to Split into a day trip and check Plitvice off along the way. (And Plitvice is 1000% worth it). I think it’s much better to see Plitvice along the way than to make the trip to Split and then, at a later point, drive roughly the same length round-trip to see Plitvice. On the whole, I was extremely satisfied, and highly recommend. You’ll have a wonderful time seeing Plitvice on your way to Split.

Comparison with the same tour of last year - I joined the tour from Zagreb and going to Split via Plitvice. Ivanca who was the guide from Split was perfectly trying to accommodate the guests requirements. She is the best. In the meantime, Igor, who was the guide from Zagreb, did not take care of the guests at all. Finally he missed several guests during the tour. Last year, we joined the same tour and Marco was our guide. Because of him, we joined this tour again but it was a bit disappointed even though the size of the group is bigger this year.

Don’t use this company unless you want to be stranded - LITERALLY DISASTROUS. Don’t take this tour unless you want to be stranded in Zagreb. We booked everything 2 months in advance and got confirmations. On the day of, we arrive at the meeting point. After 10 mins of no one arriving, we contact the company through Whatsapp only to find out they “never received the reservation”. Explanation was very sketchy. Instead of offering us an alternative option, they told us to take the bus to Split. Which we did.
