  Visit the site where one of the world’s most unique cheeses is crafted. The Highlanders, local settlers renowned for their handmade “oscypek,” a smoked cheese made from sheep’s milk, will welcome you. These cheeses are produced in wooden houses known as “Bacówki.” In one of these quaint wooden huts, you can sample various types of this cheese with different levels of smoking and learn about the cheese-making process.
