Great trip from a very professional travel agent. - We booked the boat trip with Jenny at Luxury Island Events during a stay on Zakinthos. Jenny and Denise were so helpful and friendly and looked after us brilliantly. They described the trip very accurately and ensured we knew where we would be picked up and dropped off. Would thoroughly recommend the trip and though there are loads of sellers selling this trip I would highly recommend booking it through Luxury Island Events.

Average experience with chasing after a turtle - In general, not my worst experience. The boat got us through the caves and we had quite good swimming time in the open sea but there were several disappointments: - the captain noticed a turtle and we were swimming in circles around it along with another boat because the crew wanted everyone to see this poor turtle from all angles. Terrible experience with the feeling we were disturbing that turtle with the motor and the guy shouting into the mic. - I expected the boat to be for non-smokers. Or at least with ashtrays provided. There was a Dutch old man smoking at the rear and then throwing his stub right into the sea. I felt the second-hand embarrassment for him. - the Marathonisi beach was overly crowded with a bunch of boats so we didn’t have a good time trying to swim there. The water was quite turbid because of boats coming in and out of the harbour and it stank of gasoline.
