Really nice tour - The tour was amazing. Our tour guide Dimitri was great, as well as the boat driver Ayeio, they both made sure to show us as much as they could and even got to go into the caves a bit (safely) we got a chance to swim by the caves as well as swim relax on Marathonisi afterwords

Lovely experience - Lovely experience however we did not get to see a turtle. We swam in the sea near keri caves and then stopped off at turtle island. You can swim and snorkel there. A few places to get drinks and snacks was a lovely trip out.

Enjoyable but there are much cheaper options available - Great trip, I didn't give 5* because we soon discovered there were much cheaper tours available! Still enjoyable and we got to see turtles.

WITHOUT HESITATION! - - beautiful half-day excursion from 12:00 to 17:00. - concept of the amazing glass bottom boat. Too bad no commented French translation in the boat and we did not see many turtles. - thank you to the French commentator for her welcome:)

Great for couples, not for young kids - Guides were very good and helpful. I wouldn’t reccomend this for a young family as it was a lot of waiting around and it did end quite a bit later than advertised. Kids were hungry and tired/hot. The olive oil press museum was a bit of a waste as the tour group was so large, when standing at the back (as we were) we couldn’t hear a single thing. Turtles and turtle island was really cool.

Stay away from these tours - I would highly recommend you do some research on the turtles and local attempts at conservation before going on ANY of the turtle spotting trips. I didn't but having looked after wished I had. Firstly nothing special about Kameo Island. Lump of rock that smells quite badly and is full of rude people. The boat was over crowded immediately. This tour do not have their own boat but throw you on with whatever boat arrives first so it's very chaotic. The actual boat we went on was Pegasus Tours or something similar. Very overcrowded so you are skin to skin with strangers and can barely move. The boats hound the turtles getting way too close with at times 6 vessels surrounding one turtle. The engines are all still going putting the turtles at risk of injury from the blades. Such approaches also can stress the turtles to the point females can drop their eggs and suffer heart problems. These are endangered animals! I have never felt so uncomfortable. The captain was more interested in touching up the young girls he had next to them and even got them steering the boat. He had loud music on most of the time and really couldn't care less about the experience of the people on board. Swimming opportunities were short-lived. The olive oil museum is free anyway and in such a large group you could hardly hear what the guide was saying. When I challenged the guide as we got back on the coach around rules regarding how close boats can get to the turtles she avoided the question, tried to tell me they didn't follow the turtles and they actually approach the boat themselves! Wasn't the first bit of made up false information we were told. I am making a report to the appropriate agencies regarding what I observed in relation to the turtles. When we got off the boat we saw one in the harbour anyway as did those snorkeling near by. A much more environmentally friendly and relaxing way to see them. I just googled Zakynthos sea turtles and found a wealth of information and guidance that the boats should adhere to which will help you make an informed decision.
