After visiting the monkeys, you will walk across to the Pete-Jozani Mangrove Boardwalk, which entwines through coral thicket vegetation, mangrove forest and across a creek.

An estimated 6000 red colobus monkeys are found within the boundaries of Jozani Forest. The forest is a rich mosaic of varied environments such as Swamp Forest, Evergreen Thickets, and Mangroves, and is home to a diverse array of wildlife including sykes and red colobus monkeys, as well as numerous species of birds.
