Day 1: Fly from Zanzibar to Mikumi - Wildlife Spotting & Meet the Masai

Mikumi National Park - Begin your journey in Zanzibar, where you’ll board a small plane to Mikumi. Upon arrival, our welcoming guide will brief you on the day’s thrilling itinerary.
Prepare to explore the renowned plains of Mikumi, where you’ll encounter elephants, buffaloes, zebras, and even lions and leopards up close.

After savoring a delicious lunch in the wild, we’ll take you outside the park to visit a Masai village. Here, you’ll immerse yourself in the rich culture of the Masai people, learn about their lifestyle, and enjoy their traditional dances. The day concludes with a cozy dinner and a restful night at our camp.

Day 2: Full Day Safari & Fly Back to Zanzibar

Mikumi National Park - Start your day with a hearty breakfast before we set out for another adventure-filled day. We’ll explore the Mkata flood plains, spotting lions, zebras, and more. These expansive and stunning plains often remind visitors of the famous Serengeti.

We’ll break for another delightful lunch in the park, then visit the Hippo pool where numerous animals gather to drink.
After a day brimming with incredible sights and sounds, we’ll drive you back to the airstrip. You’ll fly back to Zanzibar with stories and memories of an unforgettable safari experience. Join us for this remarkable two-day adventure from Zanzibar to Mikumi.
