Excursion to do without hesitation - I had a wonderful day from pick-up to return to the hotel. A whole caring team. The guide Jean Bosco shared his expertise with me on each plant on the farm. The cooking class with Fatouma and her sister was awesome. I would definitely make this dish again at home.

Educational and Delicious - +great customer service (Amina was our guide) -you’ll want to plan to tip several different people (guide, cooking class, coconut drink, driver) so have a lot of change in cash or shillings as they do not take cards for that or purchases. It’s definitely deserving but I’d like to just tip one person then have them divide it out. -cooking class is not like shown in the picture for this excursion, you will be cooking on the ground. +the food was great from the cooking class experience -you didn’t have to pay to use bathrooms but they aren’t in the best condition

A Good Experience: Recommended - Our group of three had a very enjoyable experience. Our tour guide and his assistant were knowledgeable and personable, and the farm had many spices, as well as cacao and vanilla. The cooking class at the end was fun and the resulting meal was beyond delicious, we agreed. The only reasons the raring isn’t 5 stars: (1) Their driver went to the wrong hotel to pick us up, throwing our schedule off several hours. (2) When the chef had finished cooking the meal, she scooped up portions of everything and put them aside, presumably for her family. She then served us and we ate. We definitely had no problem with her keeping food, since we couldn’t have possibly eaten it all, but her timing was a little off-putting since we were guests and we paid for it.
