Stone Town Tour and Safari Blue - We organised the town tour and transport with Kassim. The transfer was extremely punctual and the driver was fantastic. We loved the tour with Kassim. He is an extremely professional guide with a wealth of knowledge about the history and current day life on Zanzibar. It was extremely interesting and we enjoyed the day spent with him. Also, we asked Kassim to take us to some shops and a trustworthy ATM, and he accompanied us without problem. We then contracted the safari Blue day trip with Kassim and the same driver Suleiman, who accompanied us. We had a superb day and felt we had enough guidance to learn about the beaches, plants, food etc, as well as time to enjoy paradise uninterrupted. Thank you Kassim and Soleiman!

Guided tour - We were met by Maddy for our tour around Stone Town. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his Town. He showed us to all the main sites in the town taking the time to also let us look in shops or take photos. He took us through lots of little back streets to see the historical doors which would never have found on our own. He showed us a local market and took us to the old slave market. This is a must visit, very interesting if and moving . Would highly recommend this tour as you will definitely see far more of the Town and learn more than looking around on your own .

Knowledgeable and engaging tour - Kassim gave a fantastic tour of Stone Town. He brought the history of the place to life and was very engaging - even my teenagers listened and enjoyed it. Would highly recommend everyone to take Kassim’s tours.

Beautiful tour of Stone Town - We first booked a tour of Stone Town with Kassim and had a great experience. He knows know the city and its history very well and was able to provide us with a lot of information on the cities history and architecture. He also answered all of our questions (not only related to Zanzibar, but also Tanzania and Eastern Africa in general) in great detail The tour included strolls through nice little streets, spice markets, the former slave market and other beautiful or otherwise noteworthy spots. Kassim was very nice and he was also flexible in respect of the duration of the tour, depending on our interests. Because we enjoyed the tour through Stone Town so much, we decided to go with him to Nakupenda Beach and Prison Island. We had the best time. We were able to swim and tan for a couple of hours at Nakupenda Beach, while Kassim and his team prepared a delicious seafood lunch for us, including tons of pineapple and watermelon as well as drinks. On Prison Island, Kassim again displayed his in-depth knowledge of Zanzibar and Eastern Africa. We definitely recommend Kassim for your tours while in Zanzibar.

Good Orientation - Good initial orientation to town. It's very easy to get lost on your own here. We saw most of the old town highlights. Our tour guide was a bit inexperienced and English not perfect.

Boring with lots of sales stops - Pretty listless tour of the city. Again and again the question: Do they understand? Rather not recommended.
