Minivan transfer from Brussels airport to Beersel - Great service. The company was very responsive when setting up the transfer; driver was slightly early and very pleasant; price was very reasonable.

price good, never on time - we order them twice,once to pick us from the airport,the second is to pick up from the hotel to the airport ; the price was good 36 euro, but they were late to pick us at about 15 minutes each time.
take it into your concentration.

Nice and friendly driver - He waited for our flight and lead us to the car, and he friendly say hallow to us. We arrived at our destination in a short time. Great!!

Dissatisfied customer - Arrived in Brussels, 15 minutes later than expected to be picked up, with no driver waiting for us and no text message on phone as to why. Had his cell from confirmatory text so called him twice with no answer; called Viator in US who then arranged for transfer to hotel. Not a good way to start a vacation.

Broke down cab - I was traveling with 2 small children and a disabled adult. They would not let me book within the hour, so we had to book a later time. Waited for 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time and got a message that the van BROKE DOWN. Hopefully the refund shows up.

Driver not in time. Bad responce from sentral service where and when the driver should pick-up - Driver not in time. Bad responce from central service where and when the driver should pick-up. I payed for driver with my name in the arrival hall and a parking fee for that. When the driver arrived 30 minutes late we went to the parking house with a fee of 2 Euro not 5 Euro.
