We meet at 10h00 at Eze Beach – Club Nautique – where we start off by giving you all the necessary equipment and a course the safety instructions on how to use the stand-up paddle board. Once that’s done, you’ll be ready to experience the SUP and explore the Bay of Eze. During your experience you’ll enjoy amazing views and landscape of Eze Village, Cap Estel, Saint jean Cap Ferrat.

We’ll start off by giving you all the necessary equipment and a course the safety instructions on how to use the stand-up paddleboard.
Once that’s done, you’ll be ready to experience the SUP and explore the Bay of Eze. SUP provides a great workout. It makes use of your entire body, the core, back and legs. Throw in loads of fun, laughter and lots of sunshine and there’s a perfect recipe for a great day out, literally in the Med.
