Excellent - The trip with Mr Marcos was excellent 👍.He was well read and aware about all the locations and great spots.He drove us very safely to all the locations and kept us informed about every place we were going.He kept in mind all the safety measures.Mr Marcos made sure that we enjoy all the spots fully and gave us an amazing time and enjoyable day. Visit December, Monaco - I took a tour to Eze and Monaco, Mr. Marcos was our Guide, very requested, attentive. Excellent. We got calm with him.

Tour in Eze Monaco and Monte-Carlo from Nice - The Driver can sing very well. Quite amazing! We definitely had a great experience. The kind of experience you will remember and talk about.

Phenomenal! - We booked this tour on a whim not really knowing what to expect out of it, but let me tell you - expectations were high! This tour absolutely blew our expectations out of the water. Our tour guide Nicole was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She never made us feel bad or like an inconvenience. She even held our little guy! Her driving is our new standard for anytime we are on the road. She handled the terrifying twists and turns like an absolute champ without breaking a sweat. She was always willing to take pictures for us, give us tips on the best way to see sights, and never made us feel rushed. We saw SO MUCH in one day without feeling like we were running. I highly recommend taking this tour with your family (even infants!) and urge you to request Nicole as your driver. You won’t be disappointed!

Nic experience - We booked whole day trip Eze, Monaco and Monte Carlo. Since we are a group of 12, we were provided with 2 vans. The tour guide was great, friendly. The only downside was the other group from the second van were not able to get the explanation all the time from the tourist guide. We were not able to tour around the allotted time for visit as the weather was like 37 degrees so we went back to Nice earlier than the expected time.

I’d go by train - Good pick up time from hotel. Went to Eze, but was only given 30 minutes to look at a very beautiful place could have done with longer. Perfume factory was good and informative. Missed out on being dropped in Monaco as road was closed because of a festival. Drove around F1 track then dropped at the side of the road and told we’d be picked up at 6pm by a different driver who I had met earlier in the day. Didn’t need all afternoon in Monte Carlo as not huge amounts to see so walked to the beach which was well worth a visit. When came to pick up time a different driver appeared to who I was told. He had no ID and didn’t know my name so was uncertain as whether to go with him. He then showed me confirmation on his phone with my name and booking. Better communication would have been appreciated. My advice would be get the train to Monte Carlo and possibly take a different trip out to Eze.

Disappointed! - We had heard great things about Viator however we were so disappointed. Our guide spoke little English. He tried! He tried to get us from Nuce to Monoco and Monte Carlo but because of the Grand Prix everything was closed!!! We had to return to Nice! The tour company should have know this was happening!! Our next day tour was canceled because the vehicle we were to use was in an accident!!! Really??? They have promised to reimburse me but I can’t contact them now!! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Check other your companies!!!

Tour company kept changing itinerary details after I already booked tour - I asked to book a Monaco full day group tour which included Eze, for my family. They said they would give us a private tour instead, so the cost was higher than the group tour. I was fine with that since I was told, it was private. I wanted to do the same pickup and return time as in the brochure pickup at 8:30am and return at 6p, but when we booked, I was told return to hotel would be at 6:30p. I was still fine with that. The night before the tour, I get a WhatsApp message, and the guide told me it was a ½ day tour. I told them to confirm with the office since I booked a full day. Later that evening, guide confirmed with office, and it was indeed a full day tour, but he would drop us off at Monaco, and a different guide would pick us up from Monaco at 6:30p and return to the hotel about 45 minutes later. It was going to be our last night in Nice and we had dinner plans. I wasn’t thrilled by the change in time but agreed. The morning of the tour, the guide came by the hotel, only then did I find out it was not a private tour but in fact a group tour. After some discussion, we came to the agreement that I should be paying the group tour price since they weren’t providing a private tour as they originally said. We went on tour, and just as we were about to get dropped off in Monaco for the rest of the day, the company calls the guide to tell me they will pick us up in Monaco at 7:30p instead of 6:30p. That’s not the pickup time we had agreed to, and that time did not work for us because of our dinner plans. They said that was the only time we can get picked up. The company even tried to blame us and say that was the original time they said, but after showing them the text messages, they could see it definitely was not. We discussed getting a small reimbursement, since we ended up taking a bus back to the hotel ourselves to make our dinner plans. However, similar to the way they handled our whole tour experience, they changed their plans again and did not come through. They never sent the reimbursement to the hotel like they said they would. They only provided excuses. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reliable company!
