If you are being picked up from a residence:
The driver will reach out 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup to ensure you are ready and to confirm the pickup location. Expect a timely pickup in a comfortable, clean, and sanitized vehicle. The driver will assist with loading your luggage, confirm the destination address, and then you’ll be on your way….

After your arrival, you will receive a message from the driver with detailed pickup instructions.
In case of flight or ship delays, rest assured that the driver will be there upon your arrival. The first hour of waiting is complimentary, after which a waiting fee of 15 €/h will be charged, payable directly to the driver.
