If you are being picked up from a residence:
The driver will reach out 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup to ensure you are ready and to confirm the pickup location. You will be collected promptly in a comfortable, clean, and sanitized vehicle. The driver will handle your luggage, confirm the destination address, and you’ll be on your way.

If you are being picked up at the airport or ferry terminal:
After landing or docking, you will receive a message from your driver with pickup instructions.
In case of flight or ship delays, rest assured your driver will be there upon your arrival. The first hour of waiting is complimentary; thereafter, a waiting fee of 15 €/h will be charged, payable directly to the driver.
If you wish to make a stop to pick up essentials or snacks and refreshments, feel free to request it from the driver.
