Located along Highway 50 approximately five miles from Heavenly Village, guests should turn into the parking lot for Zephyr Cove Resort. Guests should park and proceed to check in at the boat dock, which is directly northwest of the Zephyr Cove Resort main lodge and restaurant.

Fun, but it is dark for most of the trip in October. HIGHLY recommend this in the spring and summer months!! - The dinner was very good and it was such an enjoyable night.The only slightly disappointing thing was that we were there in the beginning of October, so sunset was while we were eating (which makes for nice ambiance), but it was dark for most of the cruise. They did shine a large spotlight on key features on the lake, but this would definitely be even more spectacular in the summer when the sunset is later and there is more time to actually see things around the lake. There is a band and the opportunity to even dance if you want to!!

Memorable - The dancing was a perfect touch. A little more variety but overall really fun. The outside tour was pitch black so maybe start a half hour earlier for Oct tours.

Very entertaining - He was a Very pleasant evening food was good. The band was good. The guy that picked us up at the hotel very sociable. The only thing bad was it got dark too early in the evening this time of year October for sightseeing on the way home

Lake tour - Well worth the money. It does get dark during the meal, so some sightseeing is shortlived in october. Food is good, steak surprisingly good.

Sunset dinner review and suggestion - It was a great experience food was satisfactory and the crew was lovely. I wish the cruise started earlier so that we could have a little more time with the sunset and taking pictures oh Tahoe before dinner. When we got on board we were instructed to stay where we were seated and wait for dinner to be over to go outside and take pictures. Yet by that time it was already dark out. I appreciated how the food was served quick and right after the other. The music after was great and the drinks were delicious.

Good food, great sights. Would have been nice to set sail earlier. - The food was good and the view was excellent. I appreciate the audio descriptions about the lake and areas of interest, but I wish the ship set sail earlier so dinner would be finished before the sun set and we could have been outside to see it.

Nice, but too dark. - Everything was nice except the cruise started too late in the evening for October. It was full dark by the time we arrived at Emerald Island which limited our sightseeing to the stop light from the boat. Maybe it was our naive assumption that we would arrive to the destination before dark. I would suggest that the cruise times get adjusted according to the sunset. The band was fun, and the people were nice. At the last minute, we needed to reschedule for the following day, and they were very accommodating which was very much appreciated!!!!

Disappointing experience - The food was good but the sunset was early in the cruise and after that it was pitch black outside so you couldn’t see any of the scenery. Disappointing to say the least.
