Plamen provided excellent instruction during my wife's ski lesson—he was incredibly patient, informative, and made the experience both enjoyable and educational. His guidance helped her gain confidence on the slopes. We truly appreciate their professionalism and expertise!

Great Experience with Lukas! Money well spent - Everything about our experience was outstanding. Communication with the ski school and Directions to meet our instructor Lukas, were precise and easy. Lukas was a lot of fun! He took us to some great slopes and lifts compatible with our abilities. He offered some really helpful instruction and gave us skills to work on. It definitely started our first Zermatt skiing experience off in the best possible way. I highly recommend hiring them and would do it again.

Best 1st Ski Experience! - Michaela was such a pleasure to work with. She kept me focused and made as much progress as humanly possibly for my 1st ski lesson ever. Thank you Michaela for keeping me upright and safe. I went back and to Sunnegga on Wednesday morning and Riffelberg that afternoon. By the end of the day I rode the rope to the top of the training hill multiple times and had the time of my life!!! Thank you for introducing me to this whole new world. We are already looking at more places for me to practice stateside before the season ends.

Ski Tour in Zermatt - Radka was great as a tour guide. We covered as much of the mountain as we could. Very professional and nice to ski with. Highly recommend.

Amazing first-time ski lessons - We had an amazing time with Family Skiing Zermatt. Petr arranged all the lessons for my wife and 5 year old to do their first ski lesson. The instructors Kristyna and Misha were amazing, patient, and the knowledgeable. My son loved the lesson so much that we did another one. I would highly recommend this team of instructors! Great 3hr private lessons with Bára - My 7yr old daughter had a great time in her 3hr private lessons with Bára. We had been skiing the blue runs in the days before her lessons started, and Bára did a great job of keeping her motivated, graduating her to the red runs, and giving her the go ahead to do black runs, which she wore as a badge of honor. By the end of the three days they were skiing all over the mountain, and my daughter had a blast. Highly recommend Bára at Family Skiing Zermatt-- we wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. SIDE NOTE: There was a tiny bit of confusion during the booking process when we wanted to add on an additional lesson, but it was easily resolved (and probably a result of this being one of the busiest weeks of the season). My impression is this is a small operation, but good people.

Thank you for the memorable experience Kristyna! - We had an amazing experience with Kristyna as our private ski instructor for 3 hours. Despite being total beginners, she helped us make significant progress. The session was incredibly fun and fulfilling overall. Highly recommend!

Excellent Ski School in Zermatt - Excelent communication and great instructors, particularly Misha who I cannot recommend highly enough. Over 4 days my girlfriend and both her children (ages 10 & 11) progressed from absolute beginners to confident novice skiers. Thank you Bara, Misha and Petr.

TAKE THE SKI LESSON! - I’m 35 years old and had never been skiing before, so I knew it’d be a good idea to sign myself up for a lesson and I’m so glad I did! Kristyna did an outstanding job showing me the basics and making sure I was comfortable during our whole lesson. I would definitely recommend!!!
