HIGHLY Recommend - Hidden Gem - For foodies or non-foodies this was a great experience. My wife, 2 kids and I tried this when we had an open afternoon. We were totally surprised. We got an opportunity to meet the chefs of the best restaurants in Zermatt/Switzerland inside their kitchens. Then watch them prepare the food in front of you and then eat and drink at the chefs table while they work. Amazing experience. Had an appetizer at the first restaurant, sampler platter at second, protein at the third (including a full kitchen tour) and desert at the last (the chefs were a comedy duo). Take a break from skiing/snowboard to try this!

Nice idea, but unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right. - In the first two restaurants we were greeted very warmly, we were shown the restaurant/hotel and told a little about it. They always asked us if the planned meal was OK for us and offered us alternatives. We felt particularly comfortable at the second stop in a very nice hotel with great food and a super friendly chef who looked after us. The third stop (in one of the most praised hotels in Zermatt) was unfortunately disappointing. We did not feel welcome by the member of staff assigned to us, we were immediately seated in the kitchen corner, nothing was explained, and then we were carelessly served a tiramisu for dessert. Then they waited for us to leave. It was somewhat saved by a very friendly young chef who came to our table briefly and had a nice chat. You can't get any real cooking ideas or look into the pots anywhere. You stand or sit at a small table in the kitchen. The food and drinks we received plus a short taxi ride are in no relation to the price, even taking into account the organizational costs.
