Shorter hike than expected but still worthwhile - David picked us up at our hotel and showed us around the quaint old village of Zermatt before hopping onto the train until we got to the top. We thought we had a 6 hour window to hike before the rain came and we made the most of it. We saw gorgeous views and took some excellent pictures. He pointed out sites and skillfully helped us navigate the hike down from the top. After about 3 hours of hiking it became very apparent to David that we were going to get caught in a storm and he made sure we hustled to the next train station to seek shelter. While the trip was cut short, David made sure our safety and well being were his priority the entire time and guided us with humor and personality. We would recommend him without a doubt.

Great day with Luca in Zermat - My wife and I had a wonderful day with Luca in Zermat. We went up the Gornergrat and hiked down. He was attentive to our physical abilities and selected routes that were appropriate . He was fun to be with and informative about local and Swiss history. We also had a great lunch. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our day with him and would recommend him and Echo tours without hesitation.

3 Day Guided Rail Tour-- Highly Recommend! - We were lucky to have Rene as our guide on our three day guided tour! We were able to see a lot of what Switzerland had to offer, without feeling rushed. He allowed us to customize our hikes in Gornergrat and see the beautiful Matterhorn! We also got to ride on the Glacier Express and take a cruise on Lake Lucerne. Rene made us feel super comfortable, relaxed, and safe. We didn't have to think or stress about anything, especially train times and transfers because Rene had it all handled which was so helpful! We learned so much about Switzerland from him and we never would have had such a smooth trip without Rene and Echo! We would highly recommend a guided tour with them. We can't wait to come back and experience a different tour!

Excellent time - Our day trip with Jack was an absolute blast. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the routes and hikes we wanted to take. Jack was very courteous and patient with us as we we’re trying to find our way through Zermatt and its surroundings. It was so helpful to have someone so fit for the job and accomplish so much in one day. We took best shots of the Matterhorn and other 4K+ peaks. If you’re English speaking and looking for a seasoned guide ask for Jack! You rock, thanks buddy! SP

Beautiful day at Gornergrat with private guide - Our family had a great time on this tour. Pete was wonderful!! He communicated with me a couple days before. He was on time, had a plan. We got off the train and he took us away from the crowd immediately. We were the only ones up at the viewing platform for at least 15 minutes. He took us through the visitor center, and then took us in a nice hike down to the next train stop. We got back on the train, stopped at the next stop and he took us on a nice easy hike. We ended at a wonderful restaurant with live music. He made sure we got a table (he knows everyone!!) and then he left. Highly recommend this tour if you don’t want to think about what to do and where to go. Pete did it all for us and made it a relaxing, beautiful day.
