Must see - What a memorable day! Berlin was fabulous, and very knowledgeable in the culture and history of not just Suzhou, but China itself. The experience was well worth it., and definitely worth doing the tour.

Private trip to Suzhou with silk museum - Suzhou is a beautiful place, with lots to offer. My guide, Berlin, was very knowledgeable and fun. She was also very flexible: when I expressed the desire to change a part of the trip, she helped me figure out alternatives. We opted for the Museum on the history of silk, which was absolutely beautiful and informative.
Berlin also helped me find my hat, when I lost it at the train station, and was very present throughout the trip.
I highly recommend ber.

No regrets - great day in Suzhou! - Perfect day-trip from Shanghai! Queena is a top-notch guide with great knowledge and storytelling and it was my good fortune to spend the day with her. The tour was well-planned and smooth with great communication starting from when I booked. I especially enjoyed Panmen Gate and seeing Shantang canal. As other reviewers have said, this tour puts the highlights of Suzhou together very well so if you just stick with program you’ll be happy, but it’s also very flexible if there are specific things you want to see, shop for, eat, or spend more time on. Highly recommend!

my trip to suzhou - she was amazing, clearly prepared on what she explained and funny. her english is sooooo good so we were able to understand anything she said. the lunch was so tasty and the attractions were lovely. i enjoyed the tour and we had such a great time with her and i’ll suggest this tour if i have a chance to my friends and relatives :))) 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Going the extra mile to look after guests - I booked this tour on an extremely hot (38 degree) day. I was most impressed with the care and organisation my two guides showed all day. I was really well looked after with synchronised transfers between stages of the tour, a fantastic lunch (all my choice), refreshments and adaptability. Thanks to these guides I had a wonderful and memorable experience.

Amazing day in Suzhou - We enjoyed a short holiday in Shanghai and wanted to explore somewhere close yet distinct. The bullet train ride to Suzhou was impressively organized, taking just 30 minutes. We were captivated by the classic views, loved the serene boat rides, and the stunning gardens. The local cuisine offered an abundant variety of choices, and our guide, Queena, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a fantastic day!

Exceeded Expectations, Great getaway from Shanghai - It was a great day out in Suzhou. Everything was very efficient and communication was clear. Alana, Berlin and the driver were all very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. Berlin took time to explain in depth the history on places we went which were very insightful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely be back to try their other tours.

Overall experience was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - The tour given by Caroline and driving service was really great and very professional.
Caroline explained everything very well, knows about the history very well and we haf enough time to walk around enjoy the small streets.
Only one minus is that the price was too expensive for 1 person.

Beautiful Suzhou - This was an amazing tour, thanks to my wonderful guide Snow. Her English was excellent and she is very knowledgeable about the places we visited and complemented the tour with some local anecdotes. Thank you Snow for the unforgettable tour. Suzhou is indeed paradise on Earth.
