Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - Welcome to Zhangjiajie! Upon arrival, a friendly tour guide will meet you at the airport or train station, holding a sign with your name. A comfortable, non-smoking vehicle with an experienced driver will take you directly to your hotel in Wulingyuan. Your guide will assist with check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to explore this beautiful city at your leisure.

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - Yuanjiajie Avatar Mountain & Tianzi Mountain Peak Forest (B, L)

Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area of Zhangjiajie - After breakfast, take the Bailong elevator to Yuanjiajie, located in the north of Zhangjiajie National Park. This area is renowned for inspiring the floating mountains in the Hollywood movie Avatar. The peaks in Yuanjiajie are nearly the same height, creating a mountain platform perfect for enjoying sweeping vistas.

Next, board a sightseeing bus to Tianzi Mountain, where you can admire the stunning view of the peaks rising one after another. The top of the mountain offers a magnificent and spectacular view of the entire scenic area.

After the exciting tour, you’ll be escorted back to your hotel.

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - Yellow Stone Village & Golden Whip Stream, Tea Picking Activity (B, L)

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - Today, take the cable car to Huangshi Village, which is 1080m above sea level. There’s a saying, “He who does not reach Huangshi Village does not pay a true visit to Zhangjiajie.”
Later, explore the famous Golden Whip Brook, which stretches 7.5 km, winding through mountains and valleys. It is renowned for its pristine water, verdant mountains, steep cliffs, and serene valley.

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is China’s first state-level forest park, known for its exquisite forests, uniquely shaped peaks and rocks, beautiful canyons, limestone caves, and breathtaking panoramic views.

Good to know:
For those who prefer shorter walks, you can choose to walk part of the Golden Whip Stream, then visit the beautiful tea garden in the afternoon. Pick tea yourself, see how Chinese tea is made in the tea factory, taste local Chinese tea, and learn about Chinese tea culture through the tea ceremony.

Yellow Dragon Cave & Tianmen Mountain National Park & Departure (B, L)

Tianmenshan Cableway - Today, start with a visit to the natural wonder, Yellow Dragon Cave, also known as Huanglong Cave. It is an underground palace praised as the most beautiful cave in the world by UNESCO experts.

In the afternoon, drive 30 km to Tianmen Mountain National Park. Known as the “Soul of culture and spirit of Zhangjiajie,” Tianmen Mountain, standing 1,500 meters above sea level, boasts a miraculous and unique geographic landform, unparalleled natural landscape, and profound cultural connotations.

Experience the longest cableway in Asia, stretching 7200 meters, and take photos of Avenue toward Heaven with 99 turns from the cable car. On top of Tianmen Mountain, enjoy the Cliff-Hanging Walkway, hold your breath, and experience the thrilling Glass Sky Walk. Then, visit the natural mountain-penetrating Karst cave - Tianmen Cave.

After the tour, your guide and driver will escort you to the airport or railway station. Service ends!

We arranged 2 days for seeing the unique quarts-sandstone mountains at the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park,and 1 day at the Karst Tianmen Mountain,this two areas represent the most beautiful scenery spots in Zhangjiajie.
