- Zhangzhou Tianluokeng Village - Your experienced driver will pick you up in your hotel lobby at your chosen departure time. Follow your driver and sit in the comfortable, air-conditioned car, enjoy about 2-hour relaxing and scenic ride on the way and your expert driver will take you to Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster. Upon arrival, a local guide will take you to the viewing platform to have a bird view of Tianluokeng Tulou Clusters. You will have some free time to admire the famous “Four Dishes and One Soup”. Don’t forget to take some stunning photos. Later head to visit the “Leaning Building”-Yuchang Building which is the oldest and largest round building known so far. You will see the teetering columns that seems almost to collapse but it has undergone seven hundred years of erosion and numerous earthquakes. After visiting the Yuchang Building, you will take a stroll in Taxia Village. You will have an inside looking of this typical Chinese Hakka village which is the home to many famous overseas Chinese and visit Zhang’s clan ancestral hall which is listed among the key culture relics protected under national level.
- Hekeng Tulou hakka houses cluster - Then, your private driver will drive you to the last destination-Hekeng Tulou. There,you can have a birds’s eye view of the Hekeng Tulou Cluster, you will find the huge “T” earth buildings spreading between green mountains and clean water, adding a field to this magnificent scenery. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Most disappointing "experience" - The tour operator simply did not show up. Tour had been confirmed by Viator. No messaging, no justification, no apologies.
Lost money and time for which Viator will not respond: we traveled from Shenzhen to Xiamen just for this tour, also booked a hotel. Woke up 5:15am to be picked up at 6am as scheduled, we were on time but waited one hour without success.
Very disappointed.
It's the tour operator's fault but Viator is the intermediary and our "partner", therefore they have to bear the responsibility.
They should train operators to communicate better beforehand, to avoid fiaskos like this one.
Probably won't book with Viator again.
