Wonderful Day. Thank you - My colleagues and I had a wonderful day in Matobo with Blessing. I had meant to be on a tour the previous day but a delayed flight meant that I could not make it. After a quick reply to an evening message I was booked onto the following day. A few of colleagues then joined me last minute. It quickly became apparent that Blessing is a skilled bushman. He inspired confidence and made us feel safe - even when walking to within meters of white rhinos. His knowledge of the cave paintings was extensive. The scenery was memorable and the food tasty. Perhaps my strongest memory, apart from the rhino encounter, will be Blessing sitting atop a walk on World’s View and enthralling us with his story-telling. Thank you Blessing for giving us such a wonderful day. I recommend this trip whole-heartedly.

Lunch at Matopo Hills Lodge - Matopo Hills Lodge was an absolute delight to visit and the chicken risotto on the lunch menu very nicely done. The World’s View visit was a journey back in time, quite memorable!

Amazing experience in Motobo - We had a wonderful day in Motobo. Our guide, Blessing, was fantastic, so knowledgeable about the history of the region and tracking the white rhino. We enjoyed every moment of the tour but tracking and being up close to the Rhino was the highlight. Thank you Blessing 😁

A must do experience! - I had an amazing day with Blessing yesterday, memories were made that will stay with me forever. Blessing is not only very professional and knowledgeable but he made me feel relaxed and safe even when we were 10 meters from a white rhino and her baby. I would recommend Blessing to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent Safari - Oral traditions are the backbone of Indigenous knowledge transfer and storytelling is the method by which much is shared. Storytelling serves to connect individuals and communities to their place and time as well as each other. Stories are also used to teach history, cultural etiquette, and spiritual beliefs. Blessing was a lovely host and he did a great job touring me on this wonderful safari! I highly recommend him for the Best of Matobo Tour. A Zimbabwean telling Zimbabwean stories. Prices are affordable, very good organization, competent and friendly host he was.

Truly the BEST of Matobo!!!! - My wife and I took the "Best of Matobo" tour and wow was it amazing!!! We saw 7 different Rhinos throughout the park, as well as Zebra, Wildebeest, Baboons, Small Antelope and countless bird species!! We also saw ancient Bushmen rock art, which dates back 20 000 years, and the grave of Cecil John Rhodes at World's View. Our guide, Blessing, was a master storyteller and truely brought the history to life!!! We were also treated to an amazing lunch, leaving us in awe of how such good food could be cooked up in the middle of the national park!! An amazing day that is 100% worth it for anyone travelling through Zimbabwe!!!

Perfect day! - Such a great experience. Blessing is a great tour guide with an Eagle eye. We had the best time. Blessing managed to spot rhinos several times and zebra and wildebeest. Climbing Worlds View we were treated to a history talk which was fascinating. The rock paintings also came with some history. I couldn't have asked for a better day. My partner and I will look back on this highlight for years to come. Thank you Blessing! -Mia

Great experience with Bushmen for Matobo tour - I used Bushmen Travel Company for two tours - Great Zimbabwe and Best of Matobo. I was impressed with both. Prior to the tours, I had prompt, informative responses to questions I emailed. Blessing was my guide to Matobo and driver to Great Zimbabwe (where I took a tour with a local guide). Blessing was great! I learned a lot about Matobo and its people, local beliefs and customs. We saw three white rhinos - including a baby. The lunch was tasty. Blessing also made sure I had a taxi arranged the next day to the bus station, since electric went out in my lodging and I didn't have Wifi or reception for data on my phone. I was very thankful for that! Thank you Bushmen for making my stay in Bulawayo a great experience.
