Fantastic way to see how people still live. - The village tour was incredible. It’s less well known than touring the falls or going on a Safari, but it’s just as important to see and do. Seeing how people live in the homesteads that is both similar to how people have been living for centuries and how they fit in the modern world. Our guide was fantastic and helped us with cultural norms such as bringing a small gift of sugar, salt, and bread with us to say thank you for welcoming us into your home. Sugar and salt are some of the best items to bring as a gift. Those are the items of highest importance that they otherwise must trade something from their homestead to obtain. I would highly recommend for you to take this tour with our guide and this company.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - Do not book this trip. The operator did not confirm, had none of the details of my booking, and wasn't planning to show up on time after finally confirming early in the morning. Not an organized business. Book elsewhere.
