Beautiful - Very beautiful location and nice zip line set up. Some things that could have made us more comfortable would have been better communication after booking. Most companies have sent pickup instructions right away with the company name and contact information. As well as itinerary. I did get a text Carlos would pick us up at 11:00. He also was not allowed to our resort so we had to meet at the gate. When our front desk asked what company and where were we going I had no clue. Slightly uneasy start but Carlos was nice and we got to Hacienda Tuko Eco Park safely. The tour did seem a little rushed. The guides didn’t speak much English or if they did didn’t say much at all. There was a photographer that did a great job. It was $45 to have all the pictures emailed to us. Carlos also waited for us to our surprise. It was nice not to need to wait for transportation when we finished our fruit and waters and bought the pictures. He also offered to stop at a cigar factory on the way back, which might’ve been really nice but we passed on that.

Super fun. - Super fun. The zip line tour has several stations, each more exciting than the other. The view from above is breathtaking. I loved the experience.

the best - The Zip Line canopy was the best thing about my vacation. I felt the thrill of flying over the rainforest, all very well organized and very safely. An unforgettable adventure.

Best part of my trip!!!!!! - Eddie picked us up and even stopped and got us some some milk cake (cookies?) along side the road. Jason and Eric were our guides and they were AMAZING!! I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is!! Don’t waste your time anywhere else!! They’ll take you to see the animals and give u a treat after your zip line. Their gift shop is very reasonable compared to most of the shops. Will definitely be back the next time I come to Punta Cana!!!

Was fun but rushed. - Transportation on way there was awful, advertised ac vehicle. Mini bus turned up, no ac it was absolutely sweltering, didn’t open any windows to allow a draft through actually felt as if you was going to pass out it was that hot, half way into travel the driver had picked up wrong passengers and had to turn back around. By this time you just wanted the day to be over. Once we finally arrived we was given a cup of water. The zip liners was fun and the lads was so friendly and you could get a cup of cold water half way through. It did feel rushed, one line they sent people down and didn’t give the guy any time to unclip from the line and allow him time to prepare for the next person. He did shout out to him to stop. (wether that’s because we was maybe late due to the drivers mistake I don’t know, but other than feeling rushed it was a great experience) we was given fruit a cold bottle of water. Journey back was like heaven we had got a mini bus that actually had ac. Would I do it again yes but I’d do my research on the transportation first as it is quite a journey.

Lower quality than expected - It is just an average experience, with ziplines near some farm- not in the jungles. I wish the provider-Hacienda Tuko- was clearly stated in the description. I would not have booked, if I knew it was not jungle ziplines. The whole experience lasted less than one hour, the plus was we didn’t have to wait anywhere. But there was definitely no Wow effect expected, especially considering the long drive there. The provider was prompt on communication and very kind. The ziplines themselves are not new, but personnel seems very experienced and did everything for us and our kids. Photo package is 75$, locker 5$, below average meal-10$. But for newbies might be fun. We personally have done many ziplines around the world, and this was not something i would repeat.
