Incredible experience - It was just an amazing experience. We found some Guide a bit stupid and directive but in general the majority was really friendly. We felt confident throughout the activity. The two guides who accompanied us for the reminder were our favorites ultra reassuring and friendly. He even offered to take my cell and us to photograph during the climb. Only flat the horse part was not quite as described it was rather the descent to the welcome on horseback and not to the volcano and not long enough but still really pleasant. A favorite for the family and all that thrills 🥰

Excellent customer service - This was one of my favorite excursions in Costa Rica. The staff made it incredibly fun and ensured we felt safe and secure throughout the experience. We tried rappelling, zip-lining, and horseback riding. Sebastian and Alex were our guides, and they did a phenomenal job with everything. Rappelling down the side of the waterfall was an unforgettable experience, and they explained each step thoroughly, making it easy to follow along.

Our favorite tour/activity in Costa Rica! - My friend and I ended up being the only ones that signed up for the combo tour, which meant we had our very own private tour! Our two guides (Marco & Alex) were amazing! They took pics and videos of us from our own phones throughout our tour, made sure we felt safe and secure throughout the zip lines and rappelling, and just made our tour all around fun! Of all the activities/tours we did in Costa Rica, this was our favorite. Pura Vida!

Best part of our trip! - This was overall an incredible experience we won’t forget. Our family of four all agreed it was the best part of our trip to Costa Rica. Our guides Alex and Marcos were amazing! The rappelling was not for the faint hearted and definitely adventurous—but it’s the ladder climb back up that was the scariest part. Overall an amazing tour!

A rainforest experience! - This was such an amazing experience! So much fun! Started by Signing waivers and putting belongings in small lockers- you can only carry a Fanny pack; phones must be in zipper pocket or in a Fanny pack. No hats are allowed. If you have long hair put it in bun that’s low (it can get stuck in ropes- it will have to be cut off if that happens). Get your gear put on and watch a quick safety video. Started off with a tractor bus ride to the first zip line (12 in total). Then we did the waterfall rappelling! (You do not touch the waterfall water while doing this.. it’s done to the side of the waterfall) This took very long to get started. I think one of the guides was training. The rappelling is HARD WORK!!!!!!! It’s a workout going down and a workout climbing up the ladder to get back up!! It’s literally multiple ladders put together, it’s wobbly and you gotta keep your balance going all the way up! (And for reference I am an active person, go to gym and run trails lol- it was very exhausting for me!) The workout is totally worth it!! It’s fun and you end up at the bottom of the amazing waterfall! After this we moved along to more zip-lining where it started raining! It was beautiful to be in the rainforest while it rained! Such an experience! Although…. the rain did pick up and it was pouring and storming! Yes we were soaked!! So just be prepared for rain lol your Fanny pack should be waterproof! Or atleast have your belongs on a ziplock bag to keep dry Because anything inside will be soaked! We rushed through the last couple of zip lines and stopped at a small hut to get a brief welcome from the indigenous people- we tried a punch they made and they showed us their masks they hand make! We then walked over to finish the adventure by riding the horses back to the start of the trip! The only things that I would not give 5 stars to about the trip was there were not enough pics or even quality pics taken and we bought the package that was supposedly discounted because he couldn’t take pics during the rain (understandable that he couldn’t during the rain) but there was no effort of getting good or quality pics during the beginning when the weather was nice or at the end when we were horse back riding. When we got the pictures we were disappointed we paid $25 per person-For pics that weren’t so good and not enough. We got better pics ourselves with our cellphones. Also, the lunch included is not a lunch- it’s a snack. We got a banana granola bar and an apple. So I think that should be worded differently. Oh and just FYI when zip lining in the rain… the rain hurts! And you can’t see lol (so maybe having goggle or shield available would be best). Overall we enjoyed this experience! It was fun and would definitely recommend it! The guides were friendly and helpful!

Only bad experience we had in Costa Rica - This was our only bad experience with tours in Costa Rica. As someone that has zip lines and climbed before I was very excited. The day did not start well from the van pick up. We left our hotel first in time. The second pick up took over 20 mins. The driver left the van and didn't come back to let us know what the delay was. We made 5 stops and had a full van. Then we got to the facility. The person putting on my harness spoke Spanish to me and laughed at me when I didn't know what he was saying. Then at the end of the safety video I ran to grab a quick drink of water because it was hot. I walked by several guides that didn't say anything about me grabbing water. When I came back 2 mins later a guide yelled at me in front of the group very unprofessionally for much longer than needed. I apparently missed instruction which I could have obviously waited to hear if I knew. By this point I felt very uncomfortable. We took a large wagon with about 50 people to the first platform. I was nervous and didn't want to go up. The guide lied to me and told me this was the only steel platform. I went to the top and realized I was the only adult in the group with only the bottom half of the harness. I asked why and they laughed at me and told me it's fine. I decided to walk down because I felt so unsafe. I paid for horseback riding also so thought I could meet back up with the group to join my family after zip lining for that portion but nope. I was never allowed to join back with the group. They lied to my husband and told him they found something else for me to do. I found this company to be rude, unprofessional, and lacking safety.
