Winter Wonderland -
Switzerland visit 🇨🇭 was a dream come true, our first Stop was Luzern, a well-preserved old town, with medieval architecture and the Lake Luzern a cobalt blue lake surrounded by snow-capped Alps. We stayed at a beautiful Inn called Swiss Dewa which was just opposite the Lake Luzern and near the Railway station. The view of the lake was just marvelous.
We had planned a trip to Grindelwald a Glacier village at the Switzerland’s Bernese Alps, which is a popular gateway for the Jungfrau Region situated at the Peak of Europe, with skiing in winter and hiking in summer. It's also a base for mountain-climbing ascents up the iconic north face of Eiger Mountain. We had a choice on reaching the Grindelwald station to either stay back and sight see the Grindelwald village or go up to the Juangfraujoch the Peak of Europe. We took a train to the Juangfrau and from there by gondola to the Juangfraujoch the Peak of Europe marveling at the beautiful panoramic view of the Swiss Alps with the scattered of snow clad roofs and holiday makers out in the sun skiing or sledgeing in the snow. The 2nd day we decided to stop at the Grindelwald village for Sightseeing as this place offers a very wide variety of activities like a 3 D experience of Bunjee jumping wch was a thrill a minute experience of experiencing gliding across the Swiss Alps while actually only sitting on a seat with a 3 D glasses. We also trekked to the Grindelwald first on an iron bridge to the see and take pictures of the surrounding peaks and marvel at the panoramic views and also see the world famous Toblerone mountain, which was just Epic.
There was a stop in between traveling by bus to Grindelwald , a beautiful valley called Interlaken is known as the adventure capital of Switzerland. Activities like bungee jumping, canyoning, and skydiving attract thrill-seekers from all over the world.
We had a marvelous time amidst the Swiss Alps, like a Dream. SWITZERLAND is a must visit for Holiday revelers and adventure seekers.

Awesome and great... - Awesome and great experience with family. Nice management by tour guide. Overall smooth ride to beautiful places Interlaken & Grindelwald.
One recommendation: the tour guide should have told or guide bit about the place Grindelwald.

Great Trip to the Swiss Alps! - We initially booked this trip for the classic Interlaken and Grindelwald trip on Viator. The tour was a combined tour (all led by the same gentleman) with most folks doing Interlaken and Grindelwald, and another group doing a separate itinerary to the Jungfrau train station (Top of Europe) as well.
We had our tour with Raymond, who was extremely friendly and helpful. Once on the bus, Raymond gave everyone maps and explained the itinerary, as well as a few options to upgrade for different experiences / sights to see, if we wanted to do so. We chose to upgrade because when we arrived in Interlaken, it was an extremely foggy day and was difficult to see any of the sites. We talked with Raymond and he assured us that if we chose the upgrade, it would take us to higher parts in the mountains that would get us above the fog and be sunny - It was $50 CHF per person to upgrade.
Original Itinerary: Bus ride from Zurich to Interlaken - spend time exploring, etc. Bus ride to Grindelwald - spend time shopping, etc. Bus ride back to Zurich.
Upgraded Itinerary: The upgrade option we chose started in Interlaken with the entire group. We were there for only about 30 minutes, then got back on the bus to Lauterbrunnen for a photo break and to catch a train to Kleine Scheidegg. This gave us an INCREDIBLE view of the Alps and was the most picturesque train ride (~30 mins). Once at Kleine Scheidegg, we stopped for more pictures and took the Eiger Express cable car/ski lift down the mountain to Grindelwald - giving us more incredible views of the mountains. Once we got to Grindelwald, we had about 2 hours left to explore, eat, shop, etc. The upgrade was definitely worth it and we would highly recommend if given the option!!
Overall, the trip was absolutely incredible and well worth it! The only negative is it was a bit confusing to start when we realized there were multiple tours and trips on the same bus, but once we talked with Raymond he helped clear up any confusion and consistently checked in to make sure we were all confident with the itinerary, times, etc. for the tour.

Out of this world - We found our way to the bus and was greeted by a lovely man called hans and driver Mark. We were seated on a lovely clean and comfortable bus. We made our way to interlaken first and spent 2 hours there exploring before boarding the bus again to take us up to Grindlewald which was our favourite - what a stunning place and the views were out of this world. Hans gave us some interesting facts along the way. I would recoomend this to everyone !

Amazing Adventure! - The breath taking beauty of Grindelwald can only be described through the actual experience. Words alone cannot add meaning to what it means to visit this place.

A great intro to the area - leaves you planning your next trip. - The tour was a good introduction to the area. Coach was warm and comfortable and the driver and guide were friendly. Perhaps would have been helpful to give some suggestions about the time spent in Grindelwald.

Overall Good 👍 - Nice tour overall, just lacked a little more info regarding itinerary. Nice clean new coach, not a bad way to view the best parts of the country.

swiss alps is a must see! - first,.the meeting point details is so confusing,we got lost and almost missed the tour, when we come there,we are told not to trust the google maps!LOL!we are in a foreign country so we need to use the map so we can find our place.next time make it more simple, infront of fred hotel is a good meeting point details than to use the address you are providing.
secondly, the time in interlaken is limited,we feel that we are rushed.and nothing to explore that we expected, just expensive shops,no nature or good things to see.
the grindelwald is a good place and a lot to explore.we spend most of the time there like 4hrs!(too much for only walking around again to souvenir shops and eat lunch).
please remember that this is unguided tour, they will just drop you off and explore your own.if you want to ride the cable car in grindelwald, that is an extra pay!
but all in all we had a great time for what we pay.
