You have to tour with Kid!! - What an amazing experience! Our guide Kid was beyond fantastic! He really made myself and the group feel special. He helped take pictures, gave great advice on the places to see most and was knowledgeable about the history of the towns. If you have the chance to tour with him-take it!!! I wish I knew our drivers name, he was also very kind and a very safe driver on those narrow roads. Great adventure. Can’t wait to come back!! 10/10

The best - I enjoyed every minute of this tour.Our guide was Kid and he made this trip memorable for everyone.He has his unique way of explaining,he made photos with everyone on the bus.Its one of those tours when you jaws are going to drop. Unforgettable experience,if I were to be in Zurich again I will definitely do it again. Danke schoen Kid und Hallo.

Enjoyable day, don’t hesitate! - Although we went during a rainy day, we enjoyed so much. All thanks to our tour guide who delivered us plenty of information during the journey. Dario (the bus driver) made our day!

Definitely worth booking. - My husband and I took this day tour from Zurich and we had the best time! Kid was hilarious and very informative. We wandered around Interlaken(recommend walking out to the lake in the free time) and Grindelwald was breathtaking. The bus is very comfortable and it’s a relaxing way to get around. Highly recommend.

Incredible Alps Daytrip - Amazing day-trip!! We loved that you have the freedom to do what you want at both locations. Beautiful scenery!! Kid was a fun and informative guide who definitely made our trip even more enjoyable!!

Interlaken & Grindewald - This is self explore tour. Bus is ok. Guide said no eating inside the bus & also ask us to use bathroom in the station as no bathroom stop for 2 hrs whereas there is a bathroom inside the bus which we discover on our way back. Bus will drop you in Interlaken first. You have around 2 hrs to explore by yourself then bus will take you to Grindewald where you have around 3 to 3.5 hrs to explore the area by yourself. Guide will not give you more information. If ask, he will say I don’t know, you have paid only for bus not a guide. However, we had good time, as both Interlaken & Grindewald have breath taking views. It is worth to spend couple of nights there.

Highly priced Uber - This tour was way too expensive for what it ended up being. It was a coach bus ride to Interlaken and then Grindelwald, no guide. I may as well have just paid for an uber or other transportation on my own. The coach bus was air conditioned and was on time following the itinerary, but no wifi on board. The guide was with us to the first stop in Interlaken, where you get off and get to roam the village unguided. When we asked him what he recommended he said there's not much to do in Interlaken, you will enjoy Grindelwald more. On that note we got off the bus and roamed around for the hour we had, it was just okay. I think we were expecting some suggestions of cool lookout spots or the best cafes to grab a snack or drink from the guide, so we hadn't really planned anything in advance. Then apparently half of the bus had paid double to be on the Jungfrau tour, and our guide left with them on a separate bus to go there; no explanation from him but we discovered this when the bus took off from Interlaken without the guide and half of the passengers. (We were offered to pay double and upgrade to that tour in the morning when we checked in, but opted to stay with Grindelwald as we were excited to see that.) We arrived in Grindelwald and the driver told us "We're here!" and then that was it, no recommendations or suggestions again just dropped us off in a parking lot to do whatever we pleased. So basically the price of this tour is just to pay for transportation to these locations, which is fine but knowing that now I probably would have opted to just find a way there on my own, instead of in a bus.

Great location. Terrible driver. - Grindelwald was a great destination with lots of fun things to do. Interlaken was also nice to browse for a short time. However, this was all taken away by our terrible bus driver. I felt sick the entire day despite sitting at the front. His driving was dangerous and aggressive to the point where get got out of the bus to have a physical altercation with another driver.

Beautiful scenery but unsafe travel conditions - The villages we visited were very beautiful. Hans was minimally helpful. Hans told us all that the driver did not speak English. Hans left our group and the driver never said a word to us through pick up and drop off. He had terrible road rage and got out of the bus to yell at another driver and was hitting the horn so hard through out the whole trip that by the end of the trip we could hear him hitting the wheel. Lastly the driver was trying to drive so fast that he would be to make sudden sharp turns and stops that could throw you from your seat if you're not paying attention.

Irresponsible tour guide - The tourist, Kid needed to be on top of everyone regarding everyone being together and on the bus for departure...I made it to the meet exactly 3 min before departure and the bus left. I had to take a train to Grindelwald..
