I had an amazing... - I had an amazing experience on the tour! The guide (Kid) was engaging, and made the entire experience fun and informative. The sights were beautiful, and everything was well-organized. I truly enjoyed every moment and would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone. I’ll definitely be booking again next time!

A great tour - A great day out, we upgraded to Jungfrau and it was well worth the experience and the expense.
The tour guide Kid was exceptional and made the day a fun experience.

Book and go - This was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. The drive to interlocken and the mountains was a beautiful sight to see . The tour guide was AMAZING , had to tip him at the end . Would definitely recommend, would definitely go again!

Highly recommend this excursion! - Wonderful experience to see Swiss countryside -- and Kid was the most entertaining guide on our bus ride! We opted to do the Interlaken/Grindelwald exploration without the tour upgrade to Jungfrau, and loved our experience. A great excursion to see Swiss countryside and the gorgeous Alps out of Zurich!

Good but not essential - Fantastic scenery, but too much travel, only recommended if there is a full day left in Zurich. Excellent guides and service. The bus broke down and within 15 minutes the problem was fixed

Delays - The tour company had 3 tours on the same bus giving instructions to all three and it was very confusing. The “guide” left the bus with the other tour leaving us with the bus driver. We were dropped off and and told what time to meet the bus. No tours. We also picked up in several spots in heavy traffic which delayed us significantly leaving us only 45 minutes in our first stop. I guess I didn’t read the small print and it may have said no guided tour but for 120. Dollars I expected more.

Waste of Money - Not long after the tour started the guide went round everyone trying to upgrade our tickets to go on the 'Top of Europe' trip. Cash only was the option and card was not accepted. We had to decline due to this as the additional amount was around 200 Swiss francs which we hadn't carried with us. When we arrived in Grindelwald we were dropped slightly away from the centre (5-10 min walk) and had to ask the driver how to get into the town as the guide had gone with the group that paid extra and the driver was just going to drive off. When we got into town we found just about everything was closed as it was a local holiday. The guide had told us about Grindelwald First and that was also closed. So much for being a good guide. With it being a holiday the trip shouldn't have even gone ahead. We ended up getting a train back one stop to the Eiger and spent our time there as did others on the trip who had found themselves in the same position as us. We worked out we could have saved nearly 50% of the trip cost doing it ourselves.

It ruin my whole day and mode. - I can’t make this trip due to meeting point on trip advisor showing below address but later tour operator send me this. I reached there but nothing there. I already paid for this trip in advance but can’t make it. I will zero trust in app like trip advisor.
