A break from summer heat! - Take a break from the summer heat and head to the top of the world! It was great to reach new heights on this tour and see a glacier. Huge plus was our guide Kid! He was on the ball and on time for it all. He helped us capture an abundance of photos and have so many memories to keep for years to come.

Magnificent Mountain Experience - If you have a couple of days in/around/near Zurich and you love the outdoors, this is a great day-trip to join. Easy pick-up in luxury buses very close to the main Zurich BH. You will have an opportunity to visit Interlochen if you do the full-Jungfrau trip. Plus you will have a chance to visit another quaint Swiss village after you take the gondola down from Jungfrau. It is a spectacular trip with amazing views, vistas and oohs and ahs. Your tour guide is well versed in al aspects of the trip so you are in good hands. You will have plenty of time atop the mountain to wander around as you see fit, or have a snack/meal in the lodge, or shop or do all of these. It's been on our bucket-list for many years - so glad that we were able to go!

A Must Do Experience - We had an amazing day, thanks to our guide Kid! He and our driver Alex made the day extremely smooth, inspite of all the crowds at the Jungfraujoch. That is no small feat!

Best Switzerland trip - It was by far one of the best experiences of the trip. Scenery was gorgeous and climbing to the top of Jungfraujoch was an unique experience I'll never forget. Our tour guide, Kid, took care of our group very well and got us all great photo spots and made sure everyone was content with the experience. Funny guy too!

Jungfrau is breathtaking, but Kid (tour guide) made it memorable - Jungfrau is breathtaking so go do the trip, u won't regret it. And I don't usually write reviews, but had to make an exception for Kid (our fab tour guide). He's literally got a lot of "vintage Thai tough love" for his clients, which frankly ull get used to very quickly if you are adaptable and open, but more importantly - he's super experienced at handling large groups (this is v imp for Jungfrau which gets taken out by crazy # of tourists), he takes special care of older travelers/families with infants (literally shows parental love and care with 80+ year olds!) and really goes out of his way to make your trip memorable by taking the best pictures for you (that's not really his job). He's also super quick with his retorts (esp with irritating ppl) which makes this long journey that much more fun and interesting! :) Kid, we had a such wonderful time with you, thanks for being so helpful and making this Jungfrau trip unforgettable!

The views that are part... - The views that are part of the train ride up are breathtaking. We had Kid as a tour guide. He is great at helping tourists get great pictures and planning their trip; however, his style of communication is a bit rude which can make the excursion stressful.

Unprofessional - The tour guide on our trip was very unprofessional. He left my group and I at the train station without giving us any direction. A train inspector told us we were supposed to stay with our guide but he left us. Our guide was then 20 minutes late for the bus leaving us waiting. He was making “funny” jokes at the expense of his costumers which were just distasteful. The bus went to good destinations but the tour guide was unprofessional.
