A great view and a great time! - This was a great tour! We also had bright sunny skies while up there which was amazing to be able to see out. It was just breathtaking. April weather is finicky and mountain weather especially. So it was a pleasant surprise that it was so sunny and bright out when we went. Our tour guide was Ray and he was awesome! He was very informative and he really helped all of us out. He also would take photos for each of is which was really nice. It was a great trip overall but he definitely made it more fun and told fun stories along with some about the history of the country and spots along the way. Definitely book this tour!!

The perfect day out of the city. - A really enjoyable day out. Due to the weather conditions, our guide changed up order of our visits, with the aim of having better weather conditions at the top of Mount Titlis. Unfortunately, we could only go to the first station of cable cars on Mount Titlis; as management decided the weather right at the top was unsafe. The company were very quick to react, and gave us longer to explore, as well as organising a refund, which we received on our journey back to the centre. Lucerne is beautiful, and worth a visit. It’s a great way to see the highlights of the city. Our guide was very informative and witty - only adding to the positivity of the day. Would 100% recommend. Loved every moment.

Great day out - The guide was fantastic, beautiful views and nice drive to and from Lucerne in a comfortable bus. I would definitely do it again and recommanded the trip.

Magical Experience - Such amazing scenery and the whole day was great. Unfortunately due to some movie being filmed on the mountain it is way too crowded with tour groups pushing and shoving to recreate scenes from this movie. This is not the tour company's fault though.

Views were worth the wait. But could have been a better experience. - The views were spectacular. The wait to get up the mountain was over an hour. I wish our guide would have gotten in line for the lift as soon as we arrived. We would have gotten up faster, but we gave everyone a ten minute bathroom break- had to regroup and waited to get in line until everyone came back. The line grew exponentially and we then had to wait an hour to get up the mountain. This then led to issues getting to Lucerne. We got to Lucerne after all the stores were closed.

Mountain experience - Enjoyable day only problem was weather. Still able to get to top of Mt Titlis. It was cut short. Would have liked time at midway station as an option. Lucerne was lovely and a good break point.

Don’t use GrayLine. No back-up plan in case of emergency. - From Engelberg to the summit was 4 stars, including 4-person lift, large rotating gondola and restaurant meal at the top. 1 star was trip to and from Engelberg by GrayLine motorcoarch. Took 1.5 hr. stop to put on tire chains (we played in snow while happening) and 6+ hours to get back to Zurich. Coming back, driver and guide stranded us by inoperable bus due to getting tire chains tangled between tires. Had to get taxi at own expense back to Zurich.
