Great Ride! - Very easy to use! They were waiting after baggage claim and took us to the very clean and nice van. Our driver was great and pointed out some landmarks and history on the way!

Convenience at hand - Easy, hassle free experience. Our plane was delay but our driver waited and make sure we get our ride to the hotel after 30 hours of flying

Reliable and comfortable transport - Our driver spoke English well and was pleasant and informative. I think his name was Payem. (Should have written it down!). We were transported in a very nice Tesla. Even though we arrived an hour early, the service was proactive and arranged to pick us up reasonably after arrival.

Streamlined efficient courteous transfer - faultless - despite delayed arrival of aircraft - Paul was extraordinary in the delivery of our pickup at Zurich Airport - despite a 1 hour delay to our flight incoming - Paul was aware and communicated by SMS prior to and immediately on our landing to introduce himself and let us know where we meet him
- even better - at the luggage carousel - there he was !! He handled our bags and steered them to his vehicle - very efficient - punctual - courteous and a very likeable gentleman all rolled into one !…. You hear of many transfer issues on reviews - go with these guys - if your in luck you’ll get Paul - however it was 100% smooth and stress free - can’t recommend enough!!

EJK - The driver met us at the arrival as planned. A very pleasant gentleman. However, we paid for a Mercedes sedan and was picked up in a Prius. I have nothing against a Prius it’s just at this price point and what was reserved didn’t match up.

Great driver, awful admin - I give the driver, Miguel, 5 stars. He was fantastic. The admin staff get zero stars. I got stuck in an hour and a half long queue for passport clearance and she kept calling, 3 times, and texting to nag about extended wait times and fees. Cost me an extra CHF 60. The driver already new and understood my predicament since we had been texting since my flight landed

Do Not Use This Company - We notified this company that our flight was delayed slightly due to weather but their response was that we’d be considered a “No Show” and forfeit our payment. Upon looking for the Taxi line, we found the driver holding the sign containing our name and figured this meant they were following through on the ride. We walked with our bags to this driver’s car and he informed us he’d only take us if we paid him another $70 cash. We declined this for multiple reasons and took the train. Save your money and take a traditional taxi / Uber or the train.
