Great trip from Zurich to Interlaken - Grindewald was spectacular and our other stops in Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen were great as well. Was a fantastic tour with our great driver/guide Minez.

Wonderful - Almost didn’t book due to the negative review. However, it would have been my loss. Had an excellent experience. Best bang for your buck. If your driver suggest a Fondu lunch, say yes!

Private driver and car to Jungfrau Region - Our driver Nadim was courteous and on time with each drop off- we communicated by phone when ready to leave a village or area. We offered a couple nice suggestions of things to see in the towns

Not So Wonderful Ride - I am so sorry about this review. The driver disregarded my continued request and reminder for him to slow down or at least stay within the speed limit - especially that it was raining that day and there were lots of hard turns and blind curves. But, no, he would go 10 or even 20 mph above the limit. And then with the rain - it also started raining inside the car because of a major leak. So we had to cut short his services and got off at Grindelwald. It could have appeased me a bit if the car was even a little bit cleaner.

Not our dream day or tour - This is hard to write because our driver was very nice. Despite description, his English was very weak-which led to confusion and misinterpretation. If you want a PRIVATE DRIVER this is for you. If you expect ANY kind of knowledge of the area or recommendations for what to do, DO NOT purchase this tour. Get something else. We expected a "host' to know something about the area and to be able to recommend where we should visit. We were in Switzerland for 3.5 days and bought this to 'make the most' of our time. Unfortunately, that's not what we got. Our tour was supposed to start at 7 - the driver was told to arrive at 8. We bought a "guide". He was told he was just supposed to drive us to the three cities. We drove through Lauterbrunnen to one set of falls. He never gave any information about the area. We didn't get to stop in Lauterbrunnen and walk around. At this point we didn't realize he'd only been told to drive us to the towns. Then we went to Grindelwald. He drove us to the Terminal, pointed, and said "that's where the tourists go". What the heck? THIS is when we realized that this was NOT what we expected or paid for. I could have rented a car for less than this (or used rail passes we already had). By now we were angry. Our driver was confused (again, he'd been told that he was a driver). He tried to make it better, driving us to random places not on the itinerary (Spiez was very nice). But we were over it and wanted to get back to Zurich to at least salvage part of our day. I have NO idea what Interlaken looks like...we didn't go there. When we asked what we should see in Interlaken our driver (not a guide or host) said, "It's a city." Wow...thanks for that cultural insight. Again, this is difficult, because our driver was such a nice guy. We've bought other private tours and guides on Viator in the past (and even had one the day before) and really think it was either a confusion between us and the vendor, the vendor and the driver, or a massive language issues between us and the driver. Or all of the above. Either way, we do not recommend. If you buy this, plan your own detailed itinerary because you will need to give it to the driver to be able to see what you want to see. Don't be like us and trust that the "local" will know where to go and what to recommend. BTW - take food!!! Never recommended a stop or made sure we knew where to eat. Driver was definitely nodding off while driving us back to Zurich. I guess he didn't get his midday naps in while we were "touring". We knew he was "done" when he started playing the radio on the drive back. Clearly to keep himself away. Finally, he dropped us off a block way from our hotel. When we said it didn't look like our hotel he insisted it was the right place. We got out and walked a block- it wasn't the right place. And then saw that he turned just after the place where he dropped us off. He left us where it was convenient for him rather than taking us to the hotel. Apparently, he was as 'over it' as we were.

Don’t use this tour company - We booked private premium car for 4 adults with English language. We were picked up in a Prius and he spoke NO English. The tour was up to 10 hours but based on traffic we went over the time allowed only to be told we needed to pay more money. Very disappointing..no informative information on our stops..he would have to point to where we were going at each stop or where he would be parked. Tour was not worth $1250. I filed a complaint and only to be told by Viator that the tour operator would not refund any money ($200) so therefore there was nothing they would do. Viator needs to improve their quality of tour companies and provide better protection to the people that book through them. If I could give a 0 on review I would have.
