The trip was wonderful,... - The trip was wonderful, however I could not understand why since the bus had a bathroom, we weren’t allowed to use it. Also the guide, Kid, seemed to me to be condescending.

Our day with Kid - Kid! Definitely kid!! He had us cracking up all day! If you’re one of those “Karens” who get easily offended, may not wanna join this one. He’s direct and sometimes abrupt but truly just wants to make your experience wonderful. We didn’t know what to expect after reading reviews but he was absolutely fantastic. His character and energy was loads of fun! The views and the ice palace are exquisite and the lake is to die for. Truly an awesome day! Sometimes you feel a bit rushed but that’s because you have to cram all that in one day!!

So much fun! - Absolutely loved our guide Kid, what a hoot!! It was supposed to rain all day, but we got very lucky and it was cloudy but dry. Interlaken was so beautiful and quaint. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the town and took many photos on the scenic bridges. I wish we had more time there. Grindelwald was also gorgeous, we enjoyed a nice lunch at Bebbi’s with a wonderful view. My adult son enjoyed a strenuous hike and cable car ride while my Mom and I opted to shop and have a drink on the patio at the Romantik Hotel. If it were clear, it would have been better for the views, but we made the best of our day and really enjoyed our time.

Interlaken and Grindelwald - This trip is great if you only have a limited time in Switzerland. Kid our tour guide was excellent and funny! We had a short time at Interlaken but a lot of time at Grindelwald.

Perfect day - Words can’t describe how beautiful this tour is. My mom and I decided to take the last minute trip up to Jungfraujoch and it is the best choice. It’s nothing like I have ever seen. Raymond was great every step of the way. Couldn’t ask for a better tour guide.

An amazing alpine adventure - We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and were aware that we had to make our own itinerary in interlaken and Grindelwald. Both locations were stunning and we would definitely recommend the gondola in Grindelwald for amazing views and to make the trip extra special. Be prepared the travel is 2/2.5hrs each way, but the coach is comfortable and has phone charging plugs.

Great place terrible tour guide - The places we visited were unbelievable but our tour guide (kid) was terrible tried to do an extra activity on our tour but he was blunt and didn’t give us the time of day as we were unsure of the process to apply for the activity he never answered any questions and the ones he did answer were sarcastic and unhelpful

Meeting and pick-up point issues - I encountered issues finding the meeting and pick-up point for this tour. Seems silly, but under "Meeting and pick-up point" in the TripAdvisor app, this tour provided a dropped pin to a location in Klingen Park opposite Museum Gestaltung. I arrived at this location promptly but turns out, after contacting the tour operator I was supposed to go to a bus terminal about a 5 min walk from the provided dropped pin location. Later I find out this bus terminal was called Sihlquai bus terminal, however I was unable to find this bus terminal in time and consequently missed the tour. I requested a refund, but this request was denied.
