Self guided - The chocolate factory and and cheese factory were interactive and lots of tasting options. What I enjoyed the most was it was self guided and you went at your own pace. The tour guide gave you a time to be back at the bus. You had to manage your time wisely. Other than that great value for the price. I'll definitely book again

Most Relaxed Tour - Tony is a very kind and chill driver and tour guide. We didn’t feel rushed and had a good time during our tour. I would recommend him and this tour to anyone.

Don’t go on Sunday. - We went on a Sunday so even though we were able go and walk through, the factories were not running so we couldn’t see chocolate or cheese being made. The drive through the countryside was beautiful and stop in the little town was nice. I would suggest you go during the week so you can actually see things being made. We still enjoyed it.

Pretty solid Tour - Pretty solid tour, I thought the actual places could’ve offered more things to keep the clients more intrigued. Unfortunately I went on a Sunday so when we got to Appenzeller most of the shops and things were closed.

Good but disappointing - The Chocolarium and Appenzeller were good but because of the time of day nothing was open in Appenzell so that was disappointing.

Skip this one. Go to a Sprungli store and out for fondue instead. - We went on this tour hoping to have a guided tour - as per the description. Sadly, all we got was a ride to the Chocolarium, a ride to Appenzeller cheese, and a ride to the closed little town. Closed? We picked this tour because it was running on Sundays. But we did not expect that it was only a bus ride to the locations. At least offer some insights. At least offer what the description promises... So in the end, if you really want to go on a bus tour, do this. Else, save money. Go to Sprungli and go out for fondue. You will save time, save money, and have so much more fun!

waist of money - There was nothing to see. The factory was closed and there was no show how they make the cheese or the chocolate. Appenzeller was nice to visit and bus driver was nice also.
