Day Trip to Matterhorn - Matterhorn was amazing. Tour guide helps you navigate the trains/bus (part of the train offline due to flood), which was helpful to my family.

Fantastic experience! - The guide, Andy, was very knowledgeable and personable. The transportation was fantastic and we were very impressed with the infrastructure at the top. The views were incredible!

Wonderland - A fabulous but tiring day to the mountains. Although the Matterhorn decided to hide herself under cloud the mountain scene was still beautiful. Annie our guide led us through the many railway stations to enable stress free transfers. We could not have done this on our own.

Interesting journey to see the spectacular Matterhorn - The Matterhorn is spectacular when viewed from all angles. No wonder it is in most climbers’ bucket list. Special thanks to our guide, Enzo who provided much cultural info, the way of life in Switzerland which makes the journey to see Zermatt and the Matterhorn more interesting. Trip is relax and we enjoyed the company of fellow travellers in the group too.

Great day at Gornergrat - Ani, thankyou for a great day. The weather was on our side which made beautiful photos. Ani made the changing of trains easy and we were so lucky to get seats.

Amazing - Had a beautiful day with our guide Ani. Such a pleasure being around and very knowledgeable about the area. Was better being in a small group as it takes time to get there and becomes more personal. Ani looks after her guests like family doesn’t leave anyone behind. Amazing day!!!!!!

Beautiful day - We enjoyed our day but didn’t feel the small group experience justified the very high price tag. The area is lovely and fun to explore. Our guide was very nice.

You can see the $ signs in the eyes of the Zermatters. pardon CHF signs. - Zermatt has become a rip off. A simple meal.gncchi, 62 franks. Especially the cost of the season pass is ridiculous.. The price/fun ratio is not here anymore. Still a beautiful place, if you don´care about money, but crowded. I would suggets, go to Cervinia and have a look at Zermatt.

Too much travel and too little time on site for a one day tour. - too much travel time for a one day adventure. Guide told us very little. He just merely got us on and off trains and busses.

NO SHOW and No cancellation notice given!! - DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! I booked this excursion through chase travel for March 15 @8:15am. It was our last day in Zurich and they completely no-showed and did not send or provide any notice of cancellation!! Now it’s too late to book another trip and we are left with no excursion on our last day in Switzerland. I read another review which stated the same experience that we just had. I called Chase and informed them to remove this company from their website and not to do business with a company that doesn’t give the courtesy of letting the customer know they aren’t going to show up!! I tried calling them multiple times and they won’t even answer the phone number provided. Just a terrible disorganized company.
