Castle and Bears with a Great Guide - An excellent day trip out of Bucharest to Bran Castle and the Libearty Sanctuary. Alex was a great guide who got us around easily & smoothly, and messaged us the day before to make sure we were ready. Everything was taken care of and super easy. Great day - highly recommend!

Beautiful bears - An amazing privileged experience to see these beautiful bears close up. Broke my heart to hear the stories and I struggled to hold back the tears. We did adopt 2 for my grandchildren and bought a t. Shirt each. Well worth it for this grand cause.

Amazing trip with great guide - highly recommend. - I loved this trip. Communication in advance was great and I was prepared for the day. Alex is an amazing guide and has a lot of local knowledge happy to answer any questions you have. The castle and the bear sanctuary were incredible and just what I hoped for. The bear sanctuary stories can be quite upsetting but so important to hear, they clearly care for the animals. I would make sure that you have packed lunch with you and a coffee since it's an early start and there's not many stops between the two destinations due to the timings of tours and doing it all in one day.

If I was allowed to give even more stars I would - Absolutely a fantastic trip!!!! Alex was an amazing guide, excellent communication, great driver, and the whole trip was perfect. I’ve been wanting to visit these 2 sites in Romania for years and it did not disappoint. Between Alex and the trip as a whole definitely would highly recommend.

Loved the Sanctuary and Alex from We-Tour! - So much fun! Alex from We-Tour was wonderful. He communicated time changes (that were beyond his control) and have me alternate options that worked out great. The sanctuary was the highlight of my entire 4mo trip. I can't recommend it enough, as they survive purely on donations! Do this trip and make sure you get Alex!

Alex went out of his way to help me - Libearty Bear Sanctuary is a must! Yes, there are sad stories but the bears there are happy now. There are fences but the bears have underground tunnels so they can go anywhere in the 69 acres. Bran’s Castle is okay. I’d already heard the 2.5 hour wait wasn’t worth the tour inside the castle so I skipped and took pictures outside the castle. There are shopping/souviner booths outside the castle but bring cash because they do not take cc. Alex as a guide was great. I felt comfortable and safe. As the other reviewers say he’s also a foodie so trust him to take you to the best place. He was also very helpful in recommending other tours and places to see while I was in Bucharest.

Storks, Bears, Wolves, Castle - An Incredible Trip - My wife and I got to experience a tour of Libearty Bear Sanctuary and Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle). Alex was so good about communicating with us prior to picking us up. He showed up early and was already at our hotel when we walked out. Alex was such a great driver and so knowledgeable. The entire day felt like hanging out with an old friend. His music playlist was incredible. The Libearty Bear Sanctuary was the highlight of our time in Romania. It was like Jurassic Park but with bears and wolves. It was such an incredible time and the beauty of Romania was incredible. The thing I loved most about Bran Castle was not the actual castle but the storks and their nests on top of chimney's in this little town. It was so mind blowing to see. Highly would recommend doing this adventure and hopefully you are lucky enough to get Alex as your guide.

A good way to spend the day - Enjoyed a day trip from Bucharest to see the Bear sanctuary and the Bran Castle. The work of each person involved in saving the bears and then taking care of them is admirable. Although each story about individual bears is interesting, we were hoping to have a little more time to enjoy observing the bears. Bran Castle was much more than my expectations. Walking through it was like a maze and this entire experience was awesome!!
