Pyramid visit with Sayed Amin - Sayed Amin What great knowledgeable person. Very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Sayed was also a true gentleman and funny also. His knowledge of the area and history of the pyramids was second to none.

A day to remember - A wonderful day. At every step, our guide Ahmed Barakat went out of his way to make the tour exactly about the things we wanted to see and match our interests. He has amazing knowledge of the history and background of the region. Our driver also did a great job taking us calmly through the busy streets.

Nice guide, good driver, nice tour - Heidi was a nice guide. Local knowledge and experience in the area helped us enjoy the tour seamlessly. She was flexible enough to modify the tour so we could focus on the things we wanted to see.

Amazing Tour Guide Mr Wael Abdullah - We booked a tour of the Pyramids of Giza, camel ride, and the Grand Egyptian Museum. It was our first trip to Egypt, and we wanted to make the most of it by visiting all these iconic places. Thanks to our travel agent, Mr. Wael Abdullah, and our designated driver, Mr. Hassan, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Mr. Wael contacted me the day before to confirm our pickup time and all the tour details. His communication was clear and reassuring. Mr. Wael was incredibly informative and showed a level of hospitality beyond our expectations. He even explained local customs, including how to tip service providers, which helped us feel more comfortable throughout the day. The Grand Egyptian Museum is massive and can be overwhelming, but Mr. Wael guided us through it step by step, providing fascinating insights that made everything easy to understand. I highly recommend Mr. Wael as a tour guide—he is knowledgeable, professional, and truly passionate about his work. You won’t regret choosing him. Thank you again, Mr. Wael, for your outstanding hospitality!

A must see1 - Visiting the pyramids was an unforgettable experience, made even better by our knowledgeable guide Gamal and driver Andrew, who provided fascinating insights into the history and architecture. Gamal clearly knew his history and was great at answering questions. The only downside was that the time at the pyramids felt a bit rushed—we would have loved a little longer to take it all in and explore at our own pace. Overall, a great tour with lots of valuable information, but a slower pace at the main site would have made it perfect.

Great Tour with a Friendly and Knowledgeable Guide! - I had a great time on the tour with Mo Gazal to the Pyramids, Sphinx, and the Grand Egyptian Museum. He was really nice and easy to talk to, and he shared a lot of interesting info along the way. He made the whole experience more fun and relaxed, and at the end of the trip, he even offered us free drinks, which was a really kind gesture. Overall, Mo was friendly, generous, and made the day super enjoyable.

Not recommended - Places were good but guide was okayish. He didn't come with me in museum. He didn't took me to museum where mummi is kept. Neither he took me to traditional market. Neither he took me for good restaurant. He asked me for tip, a big tip. And literally scared to collect tip. Not recommended at all. Waste my whole day.

Poor Experience for my family group - I guess you get what you pay for, contacting the tour company was very difficult, and when they answered that said they will send the details in 30 minutes but they didn't. We requested a Spanish guide, an English guide contacted us saying would you accept an English guide, we said no, they said our Spanish guide will contact you. The Spanish guide was not good, she did not do a good job, she just wanted to walk fast and finish the tour and we had two older people with us. The guide asked us to pay a parking fee at the museum and we did not agree as this was not mentioned in the tour description. The only good thing about the tour is the tour bus, the bus was good. I don't recommend this tour, but this is my experience, I'm sure other travelers found the tour good and worth there money. My family group had 7 people and 5 of them can only understand Spanish, we asked them how was the tour and they were not happy

Disappointing tour of Cairo – unfortunately not as promised - Our experience with the 8-10 hour all-inclusive tour of Cairo, which was to include pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum and Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, was unfortunately very disappointing and did not match the description in any way. Even the start was bumpy as we were picked up an hour late at the airport. Our booked German speaking guide unfortunately spoke only English and Arabic, which made communication difficult. The highlight of the tour, the visit to the pyramids, was drastically reduced from an announced four hours to just 90 minutes. The promised 30-minute camel ride lasted only 15 minutes, and there were additional costs for photos with the camels. What was particularly frustrating was that our tickets did not allow entry to the pyramids or temples – we could only view them from the outside. After the pyramids we were driven to three different souvenir shops where we were urged to buy papyrus, oil and other items. Only after we made it clear to our guide that we didn’t want to buy anything did he refrain from further shopping stops. The subsequent lunch buffet was fine, but it turned out drinks such as water and soft drinks were not included in the all-inclusive package. After dinner we went to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), where we were given a 90-minute guided tour. Unfortunately, the promised visit to Khan el-Khalili Bazaar did not take place at all. In total, the tour with arrival and departure from the airport lasted only six hours, and we were dropped off at Cairo Airport far too early, where we had to bridge several hours of waiting time. The tour did not meet the agreements in almost all respects. The reduction in time at the main attractions, the lack of language of the guide, the additional costs and the omission of an announced destination have far from met our expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this tour.
