Afterward, travel to the Dorze village, situated high in the Gughe Mountains. Here, you will witness the traditional Dorze beehive-shaped huts, renowned for their striking architectural design. The Dorze people are celebrated for their weaving of traditional garments and lively dancing.
After visiting Dorze,
Arba Minch - return to Arba Minch for a late lunch. In the late afternoon, enjoy a short walk in the beautiful jungle of Arba Minch Forest Park.
Take a city tour in the town.
Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Overnight stay at Paradise Lodge, Arba Minch.
Chamo Lake Crocodile Market
Chamo Lake - In the morning, after an early breakfast, head to Lake Chamo for a boat trip to the “crocodile market” (a local name for a spot on the lake; no actual buying or selling occurs).
Here, observe hippos, some of Africa’s largest crocodiles, and various bird species.
Konso Cultural Centre - Travel to Konso for a lunch break, followed by a visit to Konso Village. Explore one of the 9 UNESCO-registered villages. The Konso people are known for erecting stones and poles called “generation poles,” raised every 18 years to signify the start of a new generation. The village’s age can be determined by the number of standing poles.
Turmi - Drive to Turmi for 4 hours, enjoying the stunning mountain forest vegetation from the car.

Turmi and Drive to Kara Village
Turmi - In the morning, after breakfast, drive to Kara Village. The Kara are a small tribe with an estimated population of around 3,000, residing along the east banks of the Omo River. The Kara are known for their beautiful, large villages near the Omo River and for the children who paint their faces and bodies.
Desanechi Village and Jinka
Turmi - Return to Turmi (a 3-hour round trip).
In Turmi, check out, have a lunch break, and then drive to Jinka (approximately a 2.5-hour drive).
If not too tired, visit the Jinka Museum or an Ari tribe village in the late afternoon.
Mursi and Ari Tribes
Mursi & Mago National Park - Early in the morning, after breakfast, drive through Mago National Park to visit the Mursi village, located in the Lower Omo Valley. The women of this tribe are known for the large clay plates they wear in their lips as decoration, while the men are recognized for the intricate patterns they paint on their bodies.
After visiting the Mursi, return to Jinka for lunch (approximately a 3-hour round trip).
After lunch, depart for Addis at 14:05, arriving at 15:25.
This will mark the end of the adventure.
Mursi Village - Visitors wishing to see the Mursi people will enter Mago National Park. Although not the primary goal for most visitors, the park offers good game-viewing opportunities. Do not expect the same wildlife encounters as in traditional safari destinations in East and Southern Africa, though. A typical drive into the park to a Mursi village will reveal many Guenter’s dik-diks and a few olive baboons or guereza black and white colobus monkeys, and occasionally greater or lesser kudu and defassa waterbuck.
Addis Ababa - Enjoy Ethiopian coffee at a popular local traditional coffee house with locals.
Visit Yod Abyssinia cultural restaurant for the night show band dinner and time to departure.
