Awesome Baths and Tour - Note: bring fly nets for lake part! Yes, there are flies in Iceland and we ended up using the nets a few days. It’s not a big deal. Pick up at cruise terminal was easy - make sure to get on right bus (some people didn’t and had to switch later). Bus was brand new and super nice. Tour guide Hannes was great and full of facts and stories. Waterfall awesome but the Mytvan baths were my entire family’s favorite of our entire trip. The mineral baths are amazing. It’s got people there but plenty of room for all and to get great pictures. A must do in our opinion. We also ate at their cafe - the ham and cheese croissant sandwiches were amazing. Yes this included lunch from a gas station. The sandwiches seemed fine and they have juice and chocolate (yum) but honestly they should remove this part in my opinion and just have people eat at the cafe at the baths. Another note - bring a plastic bag for your wet swimsuits for rest of day. Overall spectacular and I would do it again.

Good excursion - We did enjoy the excursion for going to see the famous Goosfoss waterfall, and bathing on the nature bath. Both the driver and the tourist guide did a very good job. It was a big problem for many of us to find the bus parking station which was hidden behind the buildings, can’t be seen from the cruise terminal. There should be signs and/or persons standing at the exit of the terminal to show directions. There are many other local tours at the terminal offering only two third of our price going to the same excursions.

Great Tour of Northern Iceland! - Wonderful tour. Incredible scenery, and the hot baths were amazing. A most relaxing experience, we even fell asleep on the bus on the way back. Andy, was knowledgeable, and always happy to answer questions.

Great but shorted on time at spots - The baths were great but we were shorted 30 minutes there. The falls were awesome but again shorted on time there only 20 minutes if that. Omar was a great guide and the drive awesome. Issues chaos boarding on time. Lack if information on where the buses where. Took off more than 30. Minutes late. Had 2 different tours on same bus. Might have worked if others on the bus didn’t have to be back to their ship so much earlier than the tour took.

I would recommend you see the sights via another option - The waterfall was beautiful and the nature baths were very nice and relaxing. But this tour was a huge dud. The guide mumbled to himself and trailed off constantly. He would say something like "If you look at that mountain..." but never indicate what he was referring to, when we were surrounded by mountains. Lunch was included but, apparently something got messed up so he picked up gas station sandwiches. We have a vegetarian in our group and there were no vegetarian options (he offered her a ham sandwich and said it was the best he could do). By this time it was well past lunch time, but fortunately the nature baths had a snack bar so we were able to get our daughter some food (at an extra cost, of course). So as a travel agent, I would not recommend this tour. I would certainly suggest you try to see Godafoss and the nature baths, but don't do it through Viator.

Nature Baths and Waterfall - Was hoping for better based on previous reviews. Took a tour off of our cruise ship. At the first stop we were told there were bathrooms, but weren't told everyone had to pay and only with a credit card. I'm used to paying in Europe, but the bad part was that at the next stop the restrooms were free and the guide "forgot" to tell us at the previous stop. Some kind of kickback I'm sure. The other problem was the lunch that was included. The guide forgot to give it to us until we got to the Nature Baths (at 1pm) which was really bad for those of us with hungry kids. We asked where we could eat them and he said on the bus home, to which the bus driver responded "Not on my bus!" The guide then told us we couldn't take food into the baths, so most of us stood in the parking lot eating (which cut into our bath time). With how long they have been doing this and how many tours they run, the company should have this figured out by now.

Skip this tour - Nearly wrecking the bus because our Thor wanna be driver was too busy chatting with the pink haired tour guide... A tour guide lecturing us on how bad America and the world are and how great Iceland is. Also, the driver wore loose shorts and tank top. Vert u nprofessional. Fly lake is disgusting and no warning to bring a net for your head. Also, no mention to bring your own towel. Otherwise you'll have to rent one. The lunch is a sandwich from 7/11 and fake juice.
