Istanbul - Upon arrival at Istanbul International Airport, a guide will meet, assist, and transfer guests to the hotel. Istanbul Islamic and Sahabe Tour

Istanbul - After breakfast at 08:30, guests will embark on the Istanbul Islamic and Sahabe Tour. Istanbul has been a religious center for centuries. Following the Ottoman period, the Islamic religion spread throughout the city. The first mosque in Istanbul was built in Kadikoy on the Asian side, conquered by the Ottoman Turks in 1353. The first mosque on the European side was constructed inside Rumeli Castle in 1452. The first grand mosque in the city proper is the Eyup Sultan Mosque (1458). Adjacent to Eyup Sultan Mosque, visitors will explore the tombs of the Sahabe, renowned in Turkey as the first generation of Muslims who reached Istanbul and besieged the city. The small Sahabe Cemetery just outside Egrikapi Gate may appear as a typical Muslim cemetery.

Istanbul - Bursa Tour

Bursa - After breakfast at 07:30 am, guests will depart from the hotel and drive to Bursa for a guided day tour. The tour will cover Bursa’s famous and Islamic heritage sites, including Ulucamii (Great Mosque), Cumalikizik Village, Green Mosque, Green Tomb, and Ozdilek Factory. After the Bursa City tour, guests will return to Istanbul for an overnight stay.

Istanbul City Tour

Istanbul - Guests will be picked up at 08:30 am from their hotel for a daily tour of old Istanbul city. The tour includes a visit to TOPKAPI PALACE, the grand palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries, showcasing a stunning collection of crystal, silver, Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury, miniatures, and the Holy Mantle, which enshrines relics of the Prophet Mohammed. SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE, located across from St. Sophia and built in the 16th century by architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE due to its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. HIPPODROME, the ancient site of chariot races, features three monuments: the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column, and the Column of Constantine. After lunch, Murtis Tour will guide guests to the Grand Spice Bazaar, offering a unique atmosphere and reasonable prices for shopping.

Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise

Istanbul - After breakfast, between 08:00 am and 09:30 am, guests will be picked up from the hotel. The final timing will be provided by the tour consultant one day prior. BOSPHORUS BY BOAT is a traditional excursion along the waterway separating Europe and Asia. The shores are lined with old wooden villas, marble palaces, fortresses, and small fishing villages. During the excursion, guests will enjoy magnificent views of attractions such as Dolmabahce Palace, and further along, the parks and imperial pavilions of Yildiz Palace. On the coastal edge of this park is Ciragan Palace, with 300 meters of its marble facade facing the shore. At Ortakoy, a diverse group of artists gathers every Sunday to display their work along the street. Ortakoy symbolizes tolerance, with a church, mosque, and synagogue coexisting side by side for centuries.

Istanbul - End of Tour
