At the cider house, you will learn about the history of Basque cider and its importance to our region and enjoy a traditional cider house lunch paired with self-serve cider.

Join a local at a traditional cider house farm in the Basque country and savor their customary cider house fare. Our journey takes us to Astigarraga, a village recognized for its farm dwellings and cider customs, to devour a classic Cider House meal of: cod frittata, sautéed cod with green bell peppers and onions, “Txuleta”: a rib-eye steak on the bone, Idiazabal cheese paired with quince and walnuts, and unlimited serve-yourself cider.

You will be in a small travel group with a minimum of 2 participants and at most 7 people.
