Heydar Aliyev International Airport - Upon arrival at the airport, it takes about 20-25 minutes to reach the city center. A representative from our company will greet guests at Baku International Airport, named after Heydar Aliyev, and transport them to their accommodation using our company vehicle.

Gosha Gala Tower - The tour begins at the main entrance of the Old City, known as the Double Gates. During the tour, guests will see the Chain, Sailor, and Cat Houses, Bukhara and Multani Caravanserais, Juma Mosque, and Maiden Tower. The guide will share the history of the Old City and its notable buildings.

Palace of the Shirvanshahs - The next stop is the Shirvanshahs Palace, a gem of Azerbaijan’s architectural heritage and the former residence of the Shirvan rulers, located in central Baku. The complex includes the Divan-Khan courtyard, a tomb, a mosque from 1441, a bathhouse, and the mausoleum of court scholar Seyid Yahya Bakuvi.

Bukhara Caravanserai - Built in the late 15th century along the trade route of Icherisheher in Baku, the Bukhara caravanserai features a square shape with a prominent portal and an octagonal courtyard. Surrounded by balconies and private chapels, the courtyard served as a gathering place for travelers and merchants. Restoration in 1964 revealed its grand structure amidst surrounding buildings.

Maiden Tower - Often compared to the Eiffel Tower of Baku, the Maiden Tower served as a fortress for the Shirvanshahs in the 12th century. Its architectural plan features thick walls that narrow from five meters at the base to four meters at the top. Today, it houses a display of old photographs and a souvenir shop, with a rooftop offering stunning views of Baku Bay and the Old City.

Miniature Books - The Museum of Miniature Books, located in Icheri Sheher, holds the Guinness World Record for the largest collection of miniature books. Curated by Zarifa Salahova over 30 years, the museum opened on April 2, 2002, and features over 5,600 books from 66 countries.

Dagustu Park (Upland Park) - Known as “Viewing Square” and formerly “Sergei Kirov Park,” Upland Park is a favorite spot in Baku for walking, relaxing, and enjoying sea views. Visitors can enjoy fresh air, city views, and tea at the Highland Park Café while listening to lounge music. It’s especially beautiful at night with its illuminated stairs.

Baku Boulevard - Also known as the National Seaside Park, Baku Boulevard is a beloved promenade and the second largest in Europe after Paris’ Seine River park. Established over 100 years ago, it stretches 3,750 meters along the Caspian Sea, featuring museums, cultural facilities, malls, and the Devil’s Wheel amusement ride with views of Baku Bay.

Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum - The museum showcases various carpet schools and techniques from across Azerbaijan. In 2014, it moved to a new building shaped like a rolled carpet, designed by Austrian architects Franz Janz and Walter Mari. The museum houses over 14,000 exhibits, including rare carpets, jewelry, and more, and is open Tuesday to Sunday.

Little Venice - “Little Venice” in Baku Boulevard, expanded to 10,000 sq.m., features large and small islands connected by ornate bridges. Visitors can enjoy gondola rides and dine at Western and Eastern restaurants. The area offers a Venetian experience with Azerbaijani cuisine.

Nizami Street / Tarqovi - The tour continues to Nizami Street, where guests have 15-20 minutes to explore the central street filled with shops and restaurants, and see the Fountain Square with its enchanting fountains.

Fountain Square - A popular spot for strolling, this leafy piazza is Central Baku’s focal point. The fountains, including one with shiny silver spheres, reflect the trees and stone facades, alongside the Nizami Literature Museum’s beautiful facade.

Ateshgah - Fire Temple - The Temple of Eternal Fire, Ateshgah, is a unique Azerbaijani site known worldwide. Located 30 km from Baku in Surakhany, it features natural gas outlets that ignite upon contact with oxygen. The current temple was built in the 17th-18th centuries.

Yanardag State Historical, Cultural and Natural Reserve - Yanar Dag, a famous “eternal flame” site, is a hill with natural gas burning on its slope. Located 25 km north of Baku in Mehemmedi village, it became a state-protected area in 2007.

Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center - On the return to the hotel, guests can stop at the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center for photos. Designed by Zaha Hadid, the building is known for its flowing, curved style and houses various cultural facilities. It won the London Design Museum award in 2014.

Gobustan Petroglyphs & Mud Volcanoes

Gobustan Rock Art - En route to Gobustan, visitors will see oil rigs that supplied the USSR for over 70 years. The Gobustan Museum offers insights into the area’s history, with over 3,500 petroglyphs and 20 shelters discovered since 1939.

Mud Volcanoes - The tour continues to the Mud Volcanoes near Gobustan National Museum. Azerbaijan is home to about 300 mud volcanoes, offering a unique opportunity to see these natural wonders up close.

Bibi-Heybat Mosque - The Bibi-Heybat Mosque, containing the tomb of Ukeyma Khanum, is a spiritual center for Muslims and a major Islamic architectural monument in Azerbaijan. Known locally as “the mosque of Fatima,” it was described by Alexandre Dumas in the 1840s.

Shamakhi - Lahij - Gabala

Juma Mosque - On the way to Gabala, the Juma Mosque in Shamakhi is a popular tourist attraction open to non-Muslims. Visitors must remove their shoes and women must cover their heads, with head coverings provided at the entrance.

Diri Baba Mausoleum - The Diri Baba mausoleum, a two-storey building on a cliff, features a hall with a passageway to an octahedral cupola. Its architecture harmonizes with the surrounding rocks and trees, and it is protected by the government.

Yeddi Gumbaz Mausoleum - Located at the foot of Gulistan Fortress, the Yeddi Gumbaz Mausoleum is the burial site of Shirvan Dynasty rulers. The gravestones resemble half-destroyed domes, creating a mysterious atmosphere.

Lahich - The village of Lahij, accessible via the Caucasus Mountains, is known for its craftsmen and artisans. Visitors can see a natural canyon, the Zernava suspension bridge, and Lahij’s unique architecture and copper works.

Nohur Lake - Nohur Lake, near the Gabala-Ismayilli-Baku motorway, is a natural attraction surrounded by mountains. It is 1925 m long, 1355 m wide, and covers 240 ha, with a maximum depth of 24 m.

Seven Beauties Waterfall - Located in Vandam village, the Seven Beauties Waterfall is named after the seven mountain roads leading to it. In spring and summer, tea houses offer traditional Gabala jam, and a tea house at the waterfall’s peak provides a unique experience.

Tufandag Mountain Resort - Located 4 km from Gabala, Tufandag Resort offers skiing, cable car rides, and mountain climbing. It features ski slopes for all levels and equipment rentals, providing unforgettable experiences.

Gabala - Sheki Tour

Church of Kish - On the way to Sheki, visit the first Albanian church in the Caucasus, dating back to the 1st century AD. The renovated church in Kish village is now a trilingual museum about Caucasian Albania.

Sheki Khan’s Palace - Built in 1762 as a summer residence, the Sheki Khan’s Palace features walls adorned with paintings, each with philosophical meanings. The garden has two 500-year-old plane trees.

Sheki Karvansaray - The “Caravanserai” complex in Sheki includes “Upper” and “Lower” caravanserais from the 18th-19th centuries. The “Lower” caravanserai has a rectangular shape with a central pool and 242 rooms.

Shaki-Zaqatala Region - Sheki, a silk production center on the Silk Road, is known for its rich cuisine and sweets. Visitors can try “Piti” soup and Sheki sweets like Baklava and Tel Halva.

Sheki - Ganja Tour

Nizami Ganjavi Mausoleum - The mausoleum, first built in the 13th-14th centuries, was rebuilt in 1947 and 1991. It features a sculpture of the poet and fountains symbolizing his five major poems.

Shah Abbas Mosque - Located in central Ganja, the Juma Mosque dates to 1606 and features a red-brick exterior and large white dome. It was commissioned by Sheykh Baheddin Mohammad Amil.

Bottle House - The Bottle House in Ganja is a unique private residence made of glass bottles. Visitors can view the house and support its maintenance by purchasing souvenirs.

Departure Day

Heydar Aliyev International Airport - The 7-day adventure tour concludes today. After breakfast at the hotel in Baku, guests will check out and be transferred to Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
