In fast activities (speed boat, aqua rocket, jet ski, parasailing and banana boat) it is completely prohibited to board with backpacks, cell phones, glasses, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc.
During business time we offer a place where customers can store their belongings.
To access water activities it is necessary to know how to swim.
Time/Day Changes for late arrivals are subject to availability with a fee of
penalty.

Our boarding house is located on the beach next to the sea, at the end of Arenal Beach next to the CNA Nautical Club.
If you come by car, do it well in advance, it is not easy to find parking.
Public Transport from Palma with Bus Number 23 and 25 to Arenal.

Experience Amazing - First time we made such an experience and so that , to be very fun, the very nice and attentive staff, especially the 2 young people with whom we touched “Borja and Marc” We will see you in another opportunity 👍🏻

Don’t miss out - So much fun and beautiful views. Friendly and helpful staff. They will provide you with a Go-Pro for pictures as you can not bring your own phone. The media card will cost $ 25.

Would recommend - Don't understand the bad reviews, I had a great time. We were picked up on time and the parasailing itself was awesome and made accessible even as a first timer. Only bad thing was that you can't take your phone amd they charge 25 euros for an SD card which contains the pictures

BAD DEAL. I don't recommend it to anyone. We paid 250€ for nothing. Very bad treatment - I don't recommend it to anyone. We paid 250€ for nothing. Very bad service. We'll never come back. Bad staff. We didn't like it at all. Very bad service. We've been treated very badly. They're only interested in cashing up after they kick you. They have customers left over. They've treated us how they left. They've given us the trip. Mr. Torsten treated us terrible. Then we asked a gentleman if they could mail the pictures. He kidded us. He axed us. Too bad.

Disappointing - It was a birthday present from my friend who lives in Mallorca.
The unfriendly skipper wanted to force us to take a stranger, but we booked it for the two of us.
Then came the big disappointment at home, we bought the sd card with videos and photos for 25€, unfortunately not ours. There was another couple on it. We wanted to have a nice memory of a hoped beautiful experience. ☹️ we have attached a photo, maybe someone is looking for their video and maybe someone has received our sd card!

Disappointing - We called the organization of Life & Sea El Arenal in advance to ask whether our two children (13 and 15) could fly together. No, is the answer, it must be accompanied by an adult. Can I, as a parent, go on board as stated on the website (25 euros) and let them fly together. No, you have to book 3 tickets of 55 euros per person because the captain decides on the day itself whether you can come without flying. So you have to buy a ticket. If you do not do this and book a ticket only for the children, the trip will not take place if it turns out on the day itself that there is no place to sail for 25 euros. Okay, that's it. If I book 3 tickets for 55 euros, can I be guaranteed that the three of my children and I can go on 1 flight at the same time? No, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that, is the answer. Very special and not booked.

Dishonest business!!!!!! - I had a bad experience with you. I read all the policies and rules of the tour and nowhere was it written cell phone restrictions to photograph. They forced us to leave it locked before leaving for the tour, and then, already on the high seas, they offered us the photo service for €25 via which we were forced to pay to record the experience and in the end, the memory card came empty!!! Your all are dishonest!!!!
