Total relaxation and fun - I purchased with my friends entrance all day and for all areas. The outdoor and indoor pools are beautiful, at sunset also spectacular and enchanting. Magical atmosphere. We ate at the restaurant of the spa excellent dishes at affordable prices. Excellent cleanliness. Fun guaranteed in the water park slide area. I recommend a relaxing day in this spectacular place.

Wonderful Place, Top Place to Be - A wonderful place to go, located just outside of Bucharest. I enjoyed being here so much I came back two days in a row. Try to get there early to get you a seat on the inside. Waters warm and bar is amazing.

Not to be Missed !! - You can’t miss this when in Bucharest, a great relaxing day out. We travelled by Uber there and back, spent 5hrs there and well worth the money. We went on the Sunday and it was somewhat busy, I would try to avoid at weekends if possible.

wonderful but bad welcome! - Overall rating 10+ for location cleanliness and organization INSIDE the spa. vote - 10 for the management of entrances to the cash desks. terrible!!!!! people who slipped everywhere and despite having online tickets already made (SKIP THE QUEUE) eternal wait and total chaos together with those who had yet to make the ticket. I'm sure some operator would be helpful in handling arrivals and channeling people. Shameful with such a large structure to feel crammed like cattle!

Security was over the top - Great place …. But the security guards were like little hitlers….. rude and tried to be intimidating…. Left a sour taste after a great afternoon.

Perfect for fun, followed by relaxation - Really lovely tropical environment to explore, chill and relax. We had entry to Palm & Galaxy. Was tempted to upgrade to Elysium, but didn't feel comfortable going back out into reception to upgrade. However, we filled the full 3 hours in the other areas. We went in the massage water beds... Unsure of what it would cost, as additional costs/prices are not transparent. It's so easy to rack up a small fortune. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the massage beds. To reduce the 'add ons' take your own towel or robe, sliders/flip flops. We wished we'd taken 2 towels, as the towel dryers aren't that effective, and mine was very damp, before needing it to shower, as we left. Although we visited in November, we wished we took sun glasses, as the winter sun was low, and blinding, especially when outdoors. Left really chilled.

Misleading ad - The spa is big and very very busy. The issue here is do not buy the tickets from this vendor they overcharge and you don’t get the product that are listed.

Good Experience Undermined by Rude Staff, Especially Receptionists - Experience was overall good but what doesn’t make it amazing is the rudeness from the staff (especially receptionists at the main entrance). People there should be re educated, taught good manners and how to interact with people.

Nice but not great - I thought much better. How to spend time inside there is but not excessive. If you can't get in now opening you have nowhere to lay towels and place. Beautiful the attraction of the pool bar, the cocktails served were not good neither the simple spritz nor mojto If you go with children surely given the slides have fun and the hours pass quickly. Discreet dining. Depending on where you move to the pool salt bad smell will be cocktails falling bohh. Experience that I did but not to stay more than a day and a half between visit beyond the center and the spa is enough

Beautiful that don't dance - The place is beautiful, really, nice beautiful, BUT.... Chaotic, crowded, few bathrooms, and the showers should be completely renovated, all broken. Children pay a little less but they don't have a locker, as if they weren't wearing clothes, shoes and jackets on arrival, and so a parent going alone with one or two children has practically only one locker and I don't know where they could put their belongings. The lockers and changing rooms area has been renovated recently I think because very neat and organized well. Then there is the entrance for the children, an entire area dedicated to them and there are no bathrobes to rent for them .. that is, my son at 8 years old walked around with a bathrobe that crawled on the ground, so all wet and useless in order to dry. Quite disappointing the sauna issue. What really made me lose patience is the complete absence of gluten-free food at the restaurant, not even potatoes!!!! It seems absurd to me how in the twenty-first century such large tourist facilities do not take into account intolerances and autoimmune diseases so that people cannot eat everything and find themselves fasting. When I asked to speak to someone about it on the way out and ask why they decided to still live in the Middle Ages, they didn't really know what we were talking about, the word gluten seemed like I said it in Chinese, wondering if it was a religious problem. And finally they told me that I would have to make it present at the entrance, so that they would do me the courtesy of making an exception and having me bring food from outside... of course!! As if the spa were in the city center, that I would go out for a minute to go buy something and then come back! Pure over-fucking....
