The experience begins with a visit to the renowned La Boqueria, where ingredients for the workshop will be purchased.

If La Boqueria is closed due to a holiday, alternative local shops will be visited to gather the necessary ingredients.

Participants will learn to create a classic Catalan meal along with its accompaniments.

After acquiring the ingredients, the group will head to a modern workshop-kitchen located in the vibrant, multicultural Raval area of Old Town.

This is a truly ‘hands-on’ cooking class, where everyone will engage in all aspects of food preparation.

Six traditional Catalan recipes will be prepared, including two starters, two main courses, and two desserts.

The workshop is designed to be enjoyable, educational, and delicious.

Participants will receive full attention throughout the session.

Recipes for each dish will be provided, allowing participants to recreate them at home.

Once the cooking is complete, everyone will sit down to savor their creations, accompanied by Cava, of course.

The class includes a visit to the renowned La Boqueria covered market to select fresh ingredients. Printed recipes are provided for recreating the dishes at home. A traditional Cava is served to celebrate the culinary creations.
