After gathering ingredients, the group heads to a modern workshop-kitchen located in the vibrant, multicultural Raval area of Old Town.
This is a truly ‘hands-on’ cooking class where participants engage in all aspects of food preparation.
Six traditional Catalan recipes will be prepared: two starters, two main courses, and two desserts.
The workshop is enjoyable, educational, and delicious.
Participants will receive the operator’s full attention.
Recipes for each dish are provided so participants can recreate them at home.
Once preparations are complete, everyone sits down to savor their creations… with Cava, of course.

This is an interactive cooking workshop where participants receive dedicated attention from the instructor. The group enjoys a collaborative experience, crafting six distinct Catalan dishes: two starters, two main courses, and two desserts. With expert guidance, participants explore the unique flavors of Catalan cuisine while learning about the traditional lifestyle in Catalunya. The class includes a visit to the renowned La Boqueria covered market to select fresh ingredients. Printed recipes are provided for recreating the dishes at home. A traditional Cava is served to celebrate the culinary creations.
