Very professional guides - I already know Naturanda because I have been to Sevilla with them and I was really happy to see that they are now also in Barcelona. I had never been to the Sagrada Familia before and it was amazing to do it with Naturanda because the guide was very professional and knew absolutly everything! He waited for me, I was late because of the metro, and I really appreciated it. I recomend it!

Horrible experience - My sisters and I were visiting Barcelona for the first time and doing a Sagrada Familia tour was the one big thing on our list. I booked this tour a month or so in advance and then the evening before our 11:15am tour, I received a call that they were canceling our tour and issuing a refund. Because this was so last minute, we did not have any other opportunities to book anything else or buy tickets as nothing was available. Extremely disappointing. We would have appreciated some communication in advance so that we could figure out alternative options. Would not book this tour again because of unreliability.

This company is WORTHLESS - Cancelled my tour less than 24 hours before it was scheduled with no explanation. Do not deal with this company. I hope they go out of business before they do this to others.

Avoid this tour - Tour was advertised as 1-1/2 hours. We were told to meet at the McDonalds (bad place to meet due to the crowds) at 6:30. At 6:30, about 8 of the 30 people were there. At about 7:00 the tour guide gave up on the last 2 people who didn't show up and we headed across the street. The area around the Basilica is extremely crowded (wall to wall people). As we were crossing the street, the tour guide told us that this is the best place to take a picture of the Basilica as she continued to walk. Taking a picture from the middle of the street really wasn't an option. Nor was stopping on the other side of the street as that would have certainly resulted in being separated from the guide as she continued walking. The guide seemed to be in a rush. We arrived at the group entrance to the Basilica a bit after 7:00. After about 10 minutes of waiting outside what appeared to be a gift shop, we were ushered into line to enter. We waited in line for about 10 minutes as the tour guide was having an animated discussion with the people working the gate. Apparently, there were two issues. First, our group consisted of 31 people now and the reservation for the group was for 30 people. I'm not sure but I believe that two couples had children in strollers which caused the overage. Second, two women in our group had exposed shoulders and our guide said they would not allow the group in, unless the two women left the group. After more animated discussion, our group was asked to leave the line to let another group in. While waiting for our guide to work things out, the two women went across the street and purchased shawls to cover their shoulders. Eventually, our guide worked out the extra person issue and we were allowed to enter. By this time, it was after 7:30. Once in the Basilica, the tour moved quickly, almost rushed. The guide moved through the Basilica so fast that some people lost the signal from the audio system due to being too far away from the guide. It was difficult to keep within sight of the guide. We exited the Basilica around 7:45 (after 15 minutes inside the Basilica) and spend about 5 minutes outside listening to the guide describe the exterior of the Basilica. At 7:50, the guide informed us that the tour was ending because the Basilica was closing at 8:00, but we could visit the museum which closed later. Some group members complained about the short tour and the guide apologized and said she would request a refund from the tour company for all guests. A day later, we were informed that we would be receiving a partial refund of $33.49 from the $111.62 cost for the two of us. Would not recommend this tour.

Here’s the view from the inside unable to see from outside - Best to save your money on this visit. Basically everything is seen from the outside. The inside the only amazing view was the lights beaming through the stain glass which was done. All original is on the outside- the story of Jesus. In regards of the guided tour( I don’t need comic book references and Batman stuff) hahah not funny. I’m was there to see hx
